Best cycle for An American Football player

hypothetically if I was a football player in college (o line) and wanted to get athletic as fuck what compounds should i take to get strong and explosive and fast.

Id do some research. But where you'd start would be Testosterone and maybe another anabolic along side of it. Depends on your age, weight, lifting experience, ect.

i know nolva and clomid and hcg and anastrozole but honestly do i need every one of these and how much would i need for how long?
First off you don't have an AI protocol (asin or adex). Secondly 8wks would be a short ester cycle length (test p). Lastly no need to stack var/winny, if anything just run the anavar and probably run it at a higher dose, maybe 50mg/ed, I normally don't run orals more than 6-8wks continuously anyways but var is pretty mild with little to no sides. You'll probably lose some weight just FYI if you don't keep your cals up, not exactly sure what your goals were other than getting explosive and more athletic which you can do probably with just test alone especially if it's your 1st run ever. Do some more research before you take this route though for your own good.

Up the test to 500mg per week for 16 weeks, and only run the Var.

My personal opinion would be to run high trt test but not too much that you need an AI, probably tbol and either eq or maybe even masteron. You'd get the benefits of constant high test levels, the strength, athleticism and cns output of the tbol and the endurance and anabolic properties of eq and/or the strength and aggression of mast. Enhanced recovery, strength, endurance, muscle gain and added aggression all in one.

Do not use HCG during pct. Use it during cycle and stop two weeks before you pct. Anavar if fine but I'd be slightly concerned with the potential for shin and back pumps and would probably choose tbol. If you do go with var I'd probably up the dose just a bit. 8 weeks likely won't do much for you. Run it longer especially if you plan to pct. Go for 16

And yeah I'd probably go higher than 250 test if that cycle is what you're set on

Haha oh God if he was experienced I'd be saying test, mast, tren, dbol, hgh, etc. Football is a tough sport, when I played I hadn't taken gear, if I had though yikes look out

Yeah maybe for like 16weeks not 8weeks.
if i cycle for 16 weeks wouldn't it take forever to recover pct wise also with winstrol i wanted to take it the last 4 weeks so i can gain power and strength but if i get messed up joints and ligaments i'm probably going to stop taking it.

Don't take winstrol then, you are underestimating what test alone can do. If you want to cycle for 8 weeks use test prop, and pct generally is about a month or so either way when using nolva/clomid. Winny isn't going to turn you into a track star man, don't even bother running it.

Why are you running a cycle in the first place? If the purpose is enhanced athletic performance, understand that you will lose this performance when you come off cycle.

If the goal is building your physique, understand that you won’t be able to maintain all of the gains you’ve made on cycle.

Also, how’s your health? As a football player I imagine you already have a pretty hefty bodyweight. Do you have any signs of sleep apnea or cardiac issues? If so, AAS can make these a lot worse.

6'5 315 dude you don't need gear lmao you are blessed by God. If you genuinely want enhancement I would seriously just talk to your teammates about this, hell even your coach might help out (most do). You're a god damn giant of a man; Unless you are actually somehow being outmatched on the field, I'd just stick with the natty thing until/unless a pro card spot comes up for you which at those stats likely will if your game stats are good.

From my limited knowledge of football and my general knowledge of sports/athletics (MMA and the major disciplines it encompasses) I can honestly say the drugs will do very little to help tbh, it's that extra 1-2% on top of the work you put in already. For the most part you will get better and better just by playing and running drills in practice, and it doesn't hurt to do some half-reps on squats and some power cleans of course but mostly you just need to learn your position better and better.

Lux and JD are spot on. I'm just acting as if you already made up your mind so any kind of beginner cycle would come to mind.
