Best cycle for An American Football player

Why are you running a cycle in the first place? If the purpose is enhanced athletic performance, understand that you will lose this performance when you come off cycle.

If the goal is building your physique, understand that you won’t be able to maintain all of the gains you’ve made on cycle.

Also, how’s your health? As a football player I imagine you already have a pretty hefty bodyweight. Do you have any signs of sleep apnea or cardiac issues? If so, AAS can make these a lot worse.
Ok so health wise i am pretty hefty at 315 about 30-32 bf my blood pressure is surprisingly decent no cardiovascular issues and no history of heart attacks in my family idk if i have sleep apnea but i sleep pretty well. I want to absolutely dominate my opponents and i need to get stronger faster and more powerful to do that. my end goal is eventually the NFL where PED use is very common and there are ways to get around testing. I feel like i wasn't moving as well as i should have at 315 so if i can replace as much fat with functional explosive contractile tissue i will and i have plenty of room to do so this will just enhance the process.

if i cycle for 16 weeks wouldn't it take forever to recover pct wise also with winstrol i wanted to take it the last 4 weeks so i can gain power and strength but if i get messed up joints and ligaments i'm probably going to stop taking it.
That extra 8 weeks won't greatly effect recovery in my opinion but it will greatly increase your gains. If you're going to pct then you should get the most out of it

Maybe he won't maintain all of it but he will maintain a good bit if he's serious about his training. It could absolutely make the difference between making the NFL or not. My opinion, "cheat" every which way to secure that contract especially if it's a real possibility. And JD saying he doesn't need peds, blessed by God, etc. There's 1000 kids just like him and all of them are shooting for that end prize, maybe 50 get to have it. If you don't think the other guys are using gear then you're naive. Fuck that, win kid

Thanks for understanding I appreciate all the advice from everyone but you perfectly encapsulated my perspective on my mindset rn I think I’ll switch to a 16 week cycle then do you think I should up my doses of test from 250? Or should that be enough and should I take prop or enanthate.

My opinion, go for 16 weeks and up the test to at least 350. It's often recommended for guys that plan to pct to just start on 500mg of test because a) if you're shutting yourself down and going through pct then you should maximize your gains and b) it's an even number that you can figure out your aromatization and AI needs with. I do agree but I think you can get decent gains with less. I'd still go for at least 350-400 though. I'd go with Enanthate because it's your first cycle and you're not going to want to inject every day or every other day. Whatever dose you pick you'll divide that between two injections, one every 3.5 days. So if you choose 350 then you'd do 175 on Monday and 175 on Thursday. Just make sure to focus, really focus on maximizing this cycle. Nutrition, training and most importantly recovery. If you think you have a legit shot at the NFL then the effort you put it now can make or break your life. Obviously you can still be successful at something else but if that's your dream then act like it. Which means sleeping while your friends party, meal prepping or whatever to make sure your nutrition is on point and putting your all into your workouts. You got this
