Does anyone not yet realize that transactions done via bitcoin are totally traceable and should not even be considered privacy coins? Sure, many customers have not yet adopted to the last remaining truly private crypto xmr aka Monero so vendors want to accommodate these stragglers much as they allow those who don't use pgp to still order. It seems like the steroid scene is a sort of blissfully ignorant crowd not caring that they are vending schedule three drugs but what really gets my goat is vendors who are bitcoin only, don't even accept xmr for those who wish to use it as a payment method.

When I become a vendor, which will be never, every customer will be forced to pgp encrypt all personal info and pay via xmr only. Until steroids can be sold on ebay opsec matters.

When I see that a vendor accepts bitcoin only I immediately shop elsewhere. It is up to the vendors to raise the bar on safety for both them and their customers.

Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk, newbs

That all falls on the vendor as rec users/buyers aren't going to have the DEA knocking on their door because they ordered some vials for personal use. If a vendor chooses that means of method of payment, thats on them. Over thinking it Newb

Monero is more secure but isn’t it almost always seen as something tied explicit/illegal activity when used? It seems useful if more people used it regularly but for now it’s pretty much darknet currency.

If it was a concern I think all the sources would be fucked by now. We (the consumer) are fine.

Actually I spend more time on the darknet than on clearnet so I get a firsthand view of who retains their freedome and who falls victim to sometimes silly breaches of their opsec. I am not so concerned about Mike Muscle ordering his six vials of Test-E as I am offering a simple method for vendor self preservation because in the end I am certain that they would rather retire on a private island than in a prison cell but I am just the messenger. Please don't shoot me.:cool:

You are certain entitled to your opinion but no one in LE believes that Sally is ordering her online groceries and paying for them with bitcoin. If you read about the most recent bust involving three people selling meth as adderall part of their takedown involved LE tracking exactly which wallets the bitcoin went to and were cashed out of. Had xmr been their crypto of choice no such evidence would have been available but all good, can't say that I didn't try.

Consumers likely are fine, especially for personal use orders, but are we not supposed to care about our vendors even if only out of the selfish desire to retain them as sources? IDK

I see where you’re coming from man, and hey it’s a valid point to bring up for sure & I agree w you. If they all changed to that one day, I’d have no problem switching for their safety.

We're monitored 24/7 in the USA and I would imagine other first world countries are no different so payment method means very little. If LEO is gonna get you, they'll get you. Remember over a decade ago it was proven to us that our phones and other devices are listening to us at all times and all our text based messaging is monitored? Yeah, I don't think they ever stopped doing that. They just do not care. It's all about big busts or good news headlines.

"Local man busted with a few vials of AAS" is not a sexy headline nor a big bust. Hence why a LOT of, almost EVERY source bust is from other criminal activity and then they stumble onto the gear. "Local man arrested for trafficking and distribution of heroin, also found multiple firearms in possession and a steroid manufacturing lab" now we're talking.

Customers I assume are fine. Unless you're ordering massive amounts that lead to believe you're distributing. I remember Brock Lesnar was busted for a huge order on his doorstep.

The real issue tho is the dealers. LE crackdown spooks them into selling fake gear & so as consumers we can no longer get real sht. What pisses me off is that a government regulatory agency is closing/ tampering a market with high demand & stifling supply which clearly this is not free market. They even harass trt clinics. Can't meet demands, is a broken system.

DEA doesnt even need to track payments, they're probably all over these public formums. Yes this is a low priority, it's the lowest of all controlled substance, but apparently they're doing enough damage to spook a lot of UGLs who don't know if it's an agent they're selling to. How can they know? Also whose heard about China's recent crack down on hormones? You don't think that would effect US UGLs who many get their raws from China?
