What’s your workout schedule like? I usually workout 4 days straight take a day off workout and another day off. Then right back into 4 straight. (4on 1 off 1 on 1off)
I notice my day for I’m pretty fatigued and sore and it affects the workouts. So my question is if anyone has a different schedule that’s has been optimal?
