When to add nolva during cycle for lump forming

So I'm heading into week 5 of test 250mg, I am getting bloods done in 1 week to see where my levels are BUT.....

This weekend I went out with some friends n my friend was so lit everytime he would talk to me he would give me one of those excited/laughing "back hand" to the chest during convos. All the contact made my left nip start to hurt I actually had to tell him to stop hitting my chest at one point lol, by the time I got home I felt "the itch" people refer to that gyno is coming but made sure to not touch it at all. Woke up a few days later with a tiny little lump behind the left nip.

*I do not have pubertal gyno, this is fresh.
*I have not started Asin yet because I'm waiting for bloods and do not have other high E2 symptoms. But I do have Nolva on hand...

My questions:
- Is now a good time to add nolva or do I wait it out to see if it gets worse/post blood work results?
- What is a good protocol for on cycle nolva? I have found several different approaches. Like 10mg twice a day for 1-2weeks and then stop, or 10mg ED for months?
- If the nolva gets rid of it and I stop using it will it just come right back? Is there a rebound to the breast tissue receptors once the drug is out of your system?

Any input or experiences would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

1) Take it when you notice bothersome side effects that could be resolved by taking AI/SERM drugs. Personal preference really, some guys let it go a bit before reigning it in just because the sides of those drugs suck ass to deal with. Up to you. Just know the longer you wait the lower chance it'll reverse is all.
2) When I use nolva specifically to get rid of gyno lumps I just take a big dose and let it do it's thing. 100mg all at once, nuke that shit. You can certainly dose it lower and spread out over multiple days but that method led me to having longer sides from the Nolva and the lump took longer to go away.
3) It's one of those things that just slowly comes back over time and you fight it off and it goes away for a while then it repeats. Like the common cold, impossible to fully prevent it and you just treat the symptoms when they appear. You can get surgery to remove tissue responsible for causing gyno but that often leaves noticeable scars which are not very pleasant.

Just drop your test a bit and see if it clears up and stops coming back. Try 200 instead and if you still have issues drop it more. Just go 1 tick lower on the syringe until you find your sweet spot.

Solid and agree. By the time you feel the bump and effects that come along with that you've essentially gone too long. I'd start ASAP in my opinion. Happened to me twice

@JDLift @victoryvalhalla Thanks for the replies! Do u think starting at 20mg daily (split 10mg morning/10mg night) is a good start? Looks like the half life is only 12 hours until it builds up in ur system or do I take the @JDLift approach and try to nuke it with 1 big dose? What sides do u experience from such a massive dose?

It's all personal preference. There's no medical data to support any particular dosing protocol for AAS users trying to combat gyno, it's all always just been throwing shit at a wall to see what sticks. Pick one or the other, and if the result isn't favorable to the other route next time you need to fix your nips

Hey, yes it was successful twice. 10mg twice a day for four days. Stopped the symptoms and basically dissolved the growth. You can't even tell I've ever had the issue.

Haha for real. It's 100% broscience. I found out from a guy at a gym and have been keeping nov on hand ever since.

Like mentioned, I give it a day or two when I get sensitivity to make sure it’s not just hormone fluctuations causing it. I ended up getting a lump forming on a cycle, and now it will flare up again if my e2 is high. The lump became noticeable again recently, so I started taking Nolva to hopefully prevent it from getting worse and potentially help bring it back down while I introduce an AI.

I think the idea is to let the Nolva prevent binding to breast tissue until you can find out if your e2 is actually high or not, then the aromasin can reduce overall estrogen circulation and you drop Nolva.

I’ve never split my Nolva into twice a day, but it certainly won’t hurt anything to do that I don’t think

I am guessing based on the advice I was given the twice a day split would keep it the same potency in your system. Just a guess. It was second hand advice and worked well, but it's probly not necessary

I agree, add it sooner rather than later because if it is indeed there, the longer it’s there the harder it is to deal with it. If nolva doesn’t work, try raloxifene. Me personally I start at double dose for a day or 2 which would be 50 I think then 25 mg or the standard dose. I don’t know if it’s worth trying to raise plasma concentrations but I’ve just been told that and took that advice.

Just a follow up: I did 20mg a day, today is day 3, its almost fully gone already. I think im going to do 1-2 more days of 20mg, and then 10mg for a few days after to ensure I'm good.

Getting blood work done Monday so I'll kno if I gotta start the Asin.

Is it possible to get gyno forming with no other high E2 symptoms? Cuz I feel amazing, thats my only side effect rn (knock on wood)

I tried 20 my two times a day for those sensations and a feeling of a lump developing. About a week or so into it I started getting super dry skin, itchiness, and extremely fatigued. I stopped shortly after, and I honestly don't think it was worth it because I continued my 500 cycle and it never developed into anything worse

You’re gonna get some sensitivity regardless I think when hormones fluctuate, so I bet a lot of guys get scared and go straight to the Nolva, which is much better than straight to an AI and crashing estrogen, but it definitely has its side effects too
