Good afternoon,
I wanted to make the community aware of an ongoing issue I am having with Viperflexxx and make everyone aware of the BS I have been dealing with since placing my first order with them on May 30th. Please note, this is a US Domestic order and it has STILL been this long.
Just a little back ground, I have been a member of this community for roughly 7 years, and I have NEVER had these kinds of issues before.
At this point, I already placed another order with a different vendor and chalked this up as a loss. Considering how long I have been a member of SST and how many orders I have placed, I figure that only getting screwed over once is not that bad.
I would like to add that Viper claims that he will still replace my order but is requesting a different name and address. This isn't possible as I only own one house and it would be extremely shady to ask a friend or acquaintance if I can randomly send a package to their home and ask them not to open it.
Another thing I would like to point out is that I typically would receive US Domestic Orders within 3-5 days. It takes Viper nearly a week to drop off the package at the post office. That is an extremely long time.
Please see below for a timeline of how the events have played out:
May 30th-- Order placed and payment confirmed by Viper.
June 6th- Product was shipped. This was the first red flag. I usually receive US domestic orders within 3-5 business days-- it takes Viper that long to just put it in the mail.
-----There was an issue with the post office and the package was showing as delayed-------
June 11th- Viper decided to replace the package, and I resent him shipping info.
June 12th- I emailed viper and thanked him and asked for tracking.
June 16th- Viper told me I HAD to send him a different address for him to replace the package. The issue is that I do not own any other property other than the address I sent him and cannot give him a different address.
