VIPERFLEXXX--Still Have Not Received an Order Placed in May

Good afternoon,

I wanted to make the community aware of an ongoing issue I am having with Viperflexxx and make everyone aware of the BS I have been dealing with since placing my first order with them on May 30th. Please note, this is a US Domestic order and it has STILL been this long.

Just a little back ground, I have been a member of this community for roughly 7 years, and I have NEVER had these kinds of issues before.

At this point, I already placed another order with a different vendor and chalked this up as a loss. Considering how long I have been a member of SST and how many orders I have placed, I figure that only getting screwed over once is not that bad.

I would like to add that Viper claims that he will still replace my order but is requesting a different name and address. This isn't possible as I only own one house and it would be extremely shady to ask a friend or acquaintance if I can randomly send a package to their home and ask them not to open it.

Another thing I would like to point out is that I typically would receive US Domestic Orders within 3-5 days. It takes Viper nearly a week to drop off the package at the post office. That is an extremely long time.

Please see below for a timeline of how the events have played out:

May 30th-- Order placed and payment confirmed by Viper.

June 6th- Product was shipped. This was the first red flag. I usually receive US domestic orders within 3-5 business days-- it takes Viper that long to just put it in the mail.

-----There was an issue with the post office and the package was showing as delayed-------

June 11th- Viper decided to replace the package, and I resent him shipping info.

June 12th- I emailed viper and thanked him and asked for tracking.

June 16th- Viper told me I HAD to send him a different address for him to replace the package. The issue is that I do not own any other property other than the address I sent him and cannot give him a different address.

Since he's requiring a different address and you're adamant you can't provide one, he should reship to the original address. But tell you if it doesn't Make it this time again, you're not getting another reship.

What did the tracking of the first pack update to? There's no way it still says delayed after this much time has passed. If they held the pack he's probly concerned ur addy is flagged.

“Moving Through Network
In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late”

I had one show that, never updated and finally timed out after 2 months. Pack got lost.

Thats to bad... Our dialogue thru communications were professional and we were by your side the whole time with updates and status. Although I totally understand your frustration and where your coming from bro, especially when observing from your point of view but please keep in mind you placed an order may 30th, we started a memorials day sale on the 29th that continued and ended on 6/7 and as stated on the site orders will take up to 5-7 business days before it ships out, now considering sales were extremely discounted the volume was high, but your order was shipped in the time frame we stated, but what pservices do during its travels is out of my hands and yours as well of course, which is why we stand by our refund and or reshipping the order to an alternate address policy, so at that point we are focused on the safety of you and others with these options, but some things are out of our control when it comes to the delivery process and we have safety protocols to follow to protect us all.
I hope you understand the process. We were hoping that you would be able to get an alternate address and we are sorry to hear that wasnt an option for you at that time but Im happy to hear that you were able to get back to us with a new address as we thru in some extra goodies for you as well. We support you and your choice for going to another vendor. We'd hate to loose you as a member but understand and support you on your endeavors. Your welcome here at Viper Flex anytime.

I had one show that, never updated and finally timed out after 2 months. Pack got lost.
I've had those randomly show up a month later. But also lost some this way as well. I'd say 75% you eventually get the old package, at least that's my experience. Usually takes them a month or two and it's sketch imo

I sure wish mine would...test and primo. But been 3 months now.

I know that's real. I finally got mine, 12 days, I thought it was gonna be a full 2 weeks. I just didn't see it on informed delivery at first, and it threw me off

Damn, I placed an order through Viper last week, was supposed to come 3 days ago but tracking is showing essentially the same message.

“Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility.”. Tracking hasn’t updated since the first update.

This thread doesn’t have me very positive about the situation… hopefully it shows up. Will give it a few more days before reaching out to him.
That’s nothing to do with the source. Once it’s in USPS’ hands they no longer control it

Oh 1000%, I wasn’t trying to blame Viper. Just was saying it’s not looking very good for my pack to arrive considering when it was shipped and the lack of tracking updates.

Its unfortunate that you are having a delay from usps as that can happen from time to time but its completely out of our control. When reviewing the tracking you will see the status of when it was printed and shipped and clearly we did our part. Keep in mind that this is the begining of one of the most busiest times of the year for usps because of the holidays, with that being said we hope that brings awareness and clarity to the situation. Can you go to a post office and get a PO Box? I think they’re like $5-$15 a month depending on what size PO Box you want.
