I wanted to ask you guys about high blood pressure and taking test c. I started taking test c 3 weeks ago. First shot I took 50 units out of a 200mg/3ml bottle, then the second week I decided to take more I did 25 units m/w/f. I have never felt better in my life holy crap I felt amazing.
3rd week on Monday I took 25 units again. Along with trizepitite and pre workout, blood pressure shot through the roof been fighting it all week, finally went and gave blood today will get blood labs on Friday. Do yall have any insight to this?

I don’t normally have high blood pressure
Workout everyday
I work outside for a living so I’m very active
Idk I don’t think I will take anymore till I get bloods done again

What did the blood pressure go to and what is it normally? Also, prior to this, When was the last time you checked BP?

178/104 on Monday, 160/95 tue, today when I gave blood it was 164/98

I haven’t check my blood pressure in a min prior to all of this happening, I have seen it high 150/89
But most of the time I run around 130/?? Can’t remember.

They checked bp today it was elevated 101-98
Tuesday bp was 89
I wouldn't know what to do here, probably don't use t right now, but I wouldn't be willing to believe that it is the cause of that. If you find out that it is, just stay away from it, but I would be surprised it would. Am I correct that the dose is 150mg? Or am I wrong?

Yeah I agree, just figured I would ask here, I couldn’t find anything in search or online where ppl had issues like I’m describing, 50mg the first week and 75mg the second week spread out.

Yea man, I get it. I think you possibly had a bp issue that you simply weren't aware of. Get that addressed would be the real advice.

By possibly, I mean that you did. Based on the numbers you shared 130/anything is at least stage 1 high blood pressure, and this isn't a matter of opinion.

Good luck with everything.

That’s hypertension levels you’re describing. Not sure how big you are, but maybe you need to slim down abit, do more cardio, and honestly you need Telmisartan right away.

Don’t let high blood pressure go unchecked. It’ll kill kidney over time. There’s cheap Telmisartan you can get from India. Same with oral minoxidil which I use for hair loss at 2.5mg. Minoxidil was originally a blood pressure drug and helps lower BP.

Try daily dosing 100mg test a week and see how your blood pressure looks.

Just my opinion. Hopefully it helps abit.

"Work out every day" means what to you? You hit the weights? That doesn't mean much.

Start doing 20 minutes of vigorous cardio a day as well.

What is your body composition like? 25% bodyfat? If it's not under 15% lose weight.

Also go to your doctor and get an ARB like telmisartan.

I highly doubt the 150mg a week of test that your using is causing you to be hypertensive that’s literally a trt dose. Tirz and pre workout can elevate bp also but it sounds like you need to clean up your diet and do some hiit cardio.

Carditone is a good otc supplement for bp that can be purchased on Amazon.

Carditone always gave me serious sinus congestion.

With how available real pharma blood pressure meds are now, I wouldn't even recommend carditone anymore.

I assumed since he’s on a forum asking for advice instead of getting meds from his dr, he either doesn’t want to tell them or does have access to it otherwise he’d be treating it like the rest of us.

Yeah I don’t want to tell them I’m on test and tirz, probably ask me who prescribed it, but if it doesn’t improve with what I’m taking oc, I’ll go to a doc. It is down 147/94 but still too high. Thanks for the advice.

Yeah I agree cardio is on #1 on the list, and I’m probably over weight a little. I’m 5’8” and weigh 185. I work hard at the gym but no cardio till this week I’m changing that first thing.

Fair enough assumption.

However since there are sources on this forum to buy pharma blood pressure meds I'd lean into that instead of OTC.

What is your diet like? What is your body composition at 185lbs?

I'll bet that if you cleaned your diet up, standardized your sodium and electrolytes intake, lost some bodyfat, and got your cardio game up, you would have no issues at all.

I’d be willing to bet a good bit of what you’re experiencing is water retention. Get bloods and dial in your estrogen if needed, then look at diet and pull sodium back and get in more potassium. Nobody is sodium deficient but almost everyone is not getting in enough potassium. If nothing else find some Hydrochlorothiazide and piss out some of that water.

Carditone made my snoring extremely loud and I don’t have apnea.

Whenever my E2 runs higher than 32 I get hypertension.

Interesting, getting blood done soon, wish I had a chance to do it when Bp was so high. My snoring isn’t bad yet.
