Diet, cardio, beginning water retention, etc all that’s been mentioned. Could be high e2 being that you’re on exogenous and still have some natural production, but doubtful after only 3 weeks.

No one mentioned this, but 5mg cialis goes a long way. I was pre hypertension before getting on TRT. Post TRT and 5mg cialis daily my BP is in normal range. And usually pretty solid on blasts with test, tren and dbol.

That’s funny you mention Cialis I just ordered some, for that very reason, that’s good to know!

In my humble opinion, anybody using PEDs should be taking telmisartan to protect the heart and kidneys. It’s cheap and easy to get.
I get by with 20mg/day when running TRT (as well as proper diet, consistent cardio, sodium intake).
It’s worth investing in an at home BP cuff and monitoring your blood pressure regularly.

When I do heavy blasts (which isn’t often… I’m getting older), I adjust my telmisartan dose based on my BP. Eliminating/minimizing risks is the name of the game.

Of course, regular bloodwork is imperative as well.

Best of luck man, I hope TRT treats you well!

that low of dose has nothing to do with your HBP, clearly its your condition or if its not your condition then its purely genetic, what are your current stats include everything, height in feet/inches, weight in pounds, bf% etc.. this would help a lot if you want a broader perspective.

I wanted to ask you guys about high blood pressure and taking test c. I started taking test c 3 weeks ago. First shot I took 50 units out of a 200mg/3ml bottle, then the second week I decided to take more I did 25 units m/w/f. I have never felt better in my life holy crap I felt amazing.
3rd week on Monday I took 25 units again. Along with trizepitite and pre workout, blood pressure shot through the roof been fighting it all week, finally went and gave blood today will get blood labs on Friday. Do yall have any insight to this?

I don’t normally have high blood pressure
Workout everyday
I work outside for a living so I’m very active
Idk I don’t think I will take anymore till I get bloods done again
Triz will make your bp jump, if taken to much to soon.

Right back at you brother!
I get the 20mg from my doctor, but he knows I get the 80mg tablets online when I blast. I’m fortunate to have a cool doc who looks at my blood panels from the perspective of “he’s on a cycle”. He helps me stay as healthy as I can 😂

There are so many factors that can play into this but some of the biggest are

Hydration and water retention
Cardiovascular health I.E the amount of cardio you do, consistently
Supplementation

You need to be taking readings at least twice a day until you get bloodwork/workup to determine what's really going on here. High blood pressure can be a downstream indicator of something much more serious that could potentially kill you. Go to the doctor and be honest.

I personally take telmisartan at 40mg per day, count steps, and try my best to stay hydrated. This is what has helped me the most.

I’m 5/8, 185 pounds, body fat idk probably 15%
I quit nicotine 3 weeks ago and that has helped immediately, I was chewing nic gum😏, you can see my abs a little I’m trying to cut that last inch off. I think I have elevated bp and the test enhanced it, I just wasn’t checking it, I’m staying in the 120/130 range now.checking it morning and night.
I think it’s my diet, and out of shape.

Thinking about ordering some to have on hand, just incase I do a blast once everything is in shape!

Thanks for all the input guys. I figured I would update the thread incase anyone else search’s for info.

Ok so when I started test c I was taking a trt dose, along with retatrutide at 2.5mg then 5mg.
BP spiked and stayed high for a few weeks I started a lot of cardio took some cortitone, drank plenty of water, made damn sure my diet was on point, and I just couldn’t get it to calm down, even gave blood. I got bp to stay around 140/89, still wasn’t sure what to do was about to give up, and stop the test, but decided to quit the ret! That was the best thing I did, I have been running at 127/73 for weeks now, I did post bloods in the forum if anyone was curious.

Im also using trt .5 2 x per week.
My issue is opposite of yours I just feel very tired all the time. Simply can sleep any place I stop and sit down.
Muscles feel all tight l, soreness abit but bearable.

Oh yeah the soreness is crazy bad, me and the wife had it so bad, never taking it again. Triz is a better glp-1 in my opinion, but everyone is different.
