Tolerance of test.

So I’m 6’1 200-205lb. 10-12% bf. I’ve been B&C for about 15 months.
I’ve used high dosages like 2.2g a week. 1g of test.
I’ve used higher dosages trying to add mass.
My training is intense, but my nutrition is my issue. I’d like to take a step back, focus on my health, nutrition and training and not use so much. Side effects are harder to control and it’s unhealthy, cost worthy, acne is annoying, and a list of other things.

I’d like to ‘blast’ with 500 test from here on out, maybe some Anavar or superdrol occasionally. But not the outrageous dosages I’ve used previously. I’m a newbie. Do I have any type of tolerance? Do I need more now that I’ve used so much in the past? Do I need to cruise on 100mg for awhile rather than my normal 200mg and let my receptors get a longish break?

I think you’ve answered your own question already. Concentrate on diet and overall health. More drugs is never a viable option in this game in my opinion. Wouldn’t be a bad idea to cruise at a low dose to give your body a rest. I’m on the plus side of 50 now. I cruise on 125mg of test a week and then maybe do 1 blast over the summer. Even on blast, I keep test at 500 a week and maybe run primo with it and still see nice results . Unless you’re stepping on stage to compete, I see no reason to run high doses of gear. You may be surprised at how much you can accomplish w proper training and nutrition

How old are you? You said you’ve blasted and cruised for a little over a year. That’s all you’ve given us on your history. What are your goals, sounds like you’re trying to get huge? You went crazy on your mg. You’ve gotta eat man!

@Cpizzle11 22. 6’1 206lb this morning. I would indeed like to get huge, genetically and my frame could take me a long day. I have a tiny waist, and nice proportions… would like to get my pro card eventually

@HeftyLefty If you had said that you had blasted at high doses for 20 years say, then I might agree that you’ve developed a tolerance. Our receptors do become de sensitised over time, however you are very young, and have only been running high doses for a short time, give your body a good long break. Drop down to trt for a bit, how long Im not sure, and Im not sure if there is even any solid research that could give you a concrete time frame. You should be able to achieve quite a lot with lower doses. I believe in only increasing doses incrementally. Same with dieting, you cant drastically increase/decrease your cals overnight and expect good results.

@HeftyLefty everything will be fine. Your receptors are far from burnt out. Just slow down homie. I know what it’s like to want it now but unfortunately it just doesn’t work like that. You’ve got to figure out what works for you.
1st figure out your macros. We can help if you ask.
2nd. Which compounds work for you. Obviously test being your base. What kind of test works best for you cyp or Enanthate? How do you respond to dbol, Adrol, Var, Tren, etc?
This all takes time and you’re young and have plenty of time. Blasting is fun man but don’t abuse it! The whole B&C works best if you follow it.

No no. I came off as to much of a newbie lol.
I’ve gotten bloods 5x. Pre cycle. Intra 2x and on my last 2 cruises.

I know my macros. I respond best to carbs also.

I’ve ran 350 test first cycle (8wks)
Then I ran 500mg and Dbol for awhile (10wks)
Then 3rd blast. I went crazy, 5 months, 1000mg test 500deca.
I went from 185 to around 208.
Then I cruised for 7 weeks. Then did 600 test and 600 eq. Then cruised for 7ish weeks and now I’m running 700mg test e 350npp 350masteron and 50mg Dbol.

But… I’m 203 this morning, and I’ve been running that for 11 weeks. I started around 193. I feel as if I should weigh more and have made more gains with the dosages I’m on.
So I’d like to take the step back and eat more, I know the macros and calories I NEED to put in, but with a busy job life and a gf to make happy, and family etc. I don’t have time or just don’t do it.

So I’ve decided until I can meal prep more efficiently, that Im backing off the extreme dosages and just going to force myself to focus on nutrition or else I’ll just shrink lol

I am fairly new to this whole scene but I studied a long time on how to gain weight and build mass. I have the same problem with not having time to eat enough. I always put in plenty ( or to much) in the gym but forgot that that is only half the work. Nutrition is the other half. And if you only do one you are wasting alot of effort for minimal gains. I got stronger for sure but never got bigger. Get that girl of yours in on your nutrition plan and see if she will help. Ultimately that was the only time I gained weight was when I had a good chick that reminded me to drink water and brought me food and made me drink my shakes ect. Don’t let your work in the gym be wasted by not doing the work outside the gym

Androgen receptors do not desensitize or down regulate. Anabolics upregulate androgen receptors and our body is frequently getting rid of old and creating new androgen receptors.

The issue is, how much muscle did you build running those high dosages, and did you max out that growth potential. If you did, then lower dosages won’t work. But it sounds like you aren’t close to optimal and a lot of those drugs were just going to waste. So, you’ve got a good chance of still building muscle on lower dosages if health, diet, training and recovery all improve vs how they were running those high dosages.

There are lots of things you can do. Improve your insulin sensitivity. Better digestion. More cardio. More sunlight. Better sleep quality and longer sleep. The list goes on. And lower dosages will work just fine, because now you have the tools put in place to make those drugs work.

@HeftyLefty You hopped on drugs with no idea how to use them properly, no idea how to eat well or train properly and you’re massively overestimating how lean you are I can guarantee it. Now you’re asking all the questions you should’ve researched before even hopping on. I’m laughing at you, and when you finally reach a point of good understanding of drugs, training and nutrition you will laugh at the you from this post as well.

So I could configure a paragraph explaining that I do understand gear, that I know exactly how to do my nutrition program, and that I train harder then you LOL.

I’ve competed In a few shows at a younger age, and plan to complete again. So truthfully my “craziest” cycle wasnt even that bad for someone wanting to compete again. It was 1g test 500migs of deca and 100mg Dbol ED.

But instead, I’ll just ask for a picture of your physique. If you don’t want to or won’t provide a picture. Then I’ll just assume your a 45yr old man who looks like shit. And SHOULD NOT be on my post trying to offer advice or your opinion. Especially when your comments weren’t what I was asking.

PS. I was 203.8 this morning and I was 11.4 or 11.5% bodyfat on my last skinfold calipers test. I’ve done that weird bio electronic thing before also but it was awhile ago and I was 16% ish.

But I will give you that when I started, I could have had more knowledge, and that my nutrition wasn’t on point. Which Is what I want to focus on now, and take a step back from the gear.

Adding injectable L-Carnitine would help, made a difference during my B&C last year according to bloodwork.

You just have no idea what you’re doing. It’s not a guessing game! You came here posting; asking for help and thoughts.
