I am 5’11, 167lbs, 10%BF, and I am eating 3800cal/day with a macro split around 48,25,27. The reason why it is hard to judge my lifts is because I have recently bought newer equipment then I have recently had that could have an impact on lifts (ie: lever belt apposed to velcro, elbow wraps, higher quality knee sleeves, etc). I just don’t get the superhuman feeling that some of my buddies have reported and I am not making nearly the amount of gains, to me it seems like relatively natural progress.
