@Synergy Forge I’m currently unable to send emails to your Protonmail address. Are you experiencing issues? I’ve tried sending 3 emails a couple hours apart.

Had to make a new emial, which was odd, for it to send to you. Just waiting for a reply to order.

It seems to be flagging older proton mail accounts, but not all of them. Thank you for your patience while we work on this issue.

I finally got my order email to go through using Proton, and the order has been received. However, I’ve received what appears to be a spam email purporting to be Syn today. It says I’ve received a confidential email from [email protected] and asks me to click a link. The email came from “[email protected].” Has the [email protected] account been compromised?

I had to make a new Proton to place an order. But I plan on using this new one now and retiring my old Proton.

Just echoing that I received the same phishing email, as well as another purporting to be from Proton Mail.

Email source domains aren't strongly authenticated. It's pretty trivial to modify the headers to change the displayed origin address to be anything you want.

I am having the same problem. I tried copying the email but got a response that emailed failed. So I went scrolling to find an old email and replied there with a new order. Didn’t get a failed response but not sure if the email was received. It was a proton email as well

So everything was ok with the email conversations until I sent the money. I was waiting on a reply and I got message stating my message won’t go through. Not sure what to do now. I sent bitcoin and now the email I was using won’t work anymore

Every email has been responded to and payments confirmed. Syn-D has a lot of emails to go through every day, our apologies if you don't feel like you are getting a response in a timely fashion.

Yes this is exactly what was happening. Nothing compromised on our end, they just changed their display name to match our email address. Hopefully everyone knows by now that we never cold contact anyone or send links to click on unless they are to SST and requested.

QuiWe do not have a protonmail address. Please contact us here [email protected]

Sorry. I meant to say from my protonmail account. I created a tutanota account as a work around until the issue is resolved. Thank you for the quick response to my post. I’ve dealt with 3 sources on here and dealt with you for the past year. Your customer service and t/a is the best by far.

I think it might be some kind of proton email issue. I haven’t received the tracking email and maybe its just proton email having an issue.

I tried to email twice and keeps on getting returned.
Im copying and pasting the email at the top of the first page
Let me know if it’s something on my end
