Do you have any recent testing done on any of your products in the last 6 months ?

This way people will know you’ve been slacking off and don’t give a fuck about anything besides the profits.

You’re capable of making new batches, new labels, new vials, switching from capsules to tablets, etc the list goes on.

But there’s very few vendors capable of keeping on top of lab work.

Why the fuck is that? We don’t work for you, you work for us.

Last time I checked, without us buying your product, you wouldn’t survive. Get your shit together.

Made order 10 days ago, still nothing, and no response from source when I submitted a ticket. Expected better service and faster shipping from a “domestic” source. Would have gladly not made this post if the source had responded within 24 hours like they say they will, but now after 10 days of my money being held with no response and no shipment, I’m ready to assume I’ve been scammed. Stay away.

On Monday morning it will have been 13 days since I made this order, and 7 days since a shipping label was created, but never went active. It’s pretty obvious that time isn’t of the essence to this source once they have their money. I’ve ordered from 4 or 5 domestic sources on this board over many years without ever experiencing this kind of thing, i could have had a pack, a replacement for a missing item, and another order from any of them in this time. I only came to try you because my normal one is on vacation, and I was feeling adventurous. So for being so big and in business for so long, this has been a major learning experience on why to stick to small businesses.

Sir, what you describe isn't normal to us.
We did have a delay from one of our domestic warehouses due to stock issues, it's been resolved.
Steroidify is one of the oldest sources in the business, safe to say the one that does more testing and with the very best reship policies.
We also offer to pay for any product purchased from us to be tested by simec or chemtox.
One thing you got right, we're not a small operation.
We often see customers getting their packs before the TN# becomes active. We hope this will be your case.
But, like I promised, I'll do my best to find out what's going on with your order and, if there's a delay, I'll make sure you get some form of compensation.
Please notice that upon pages and pages here and on pretty much every bodybuilding forum out there, we can count complaints in one hand. Mostly due to COVID delays and things related.
But we do apologize deeply for every order that doesn't go as expected and we work hard to make things right.
Will bring you news as I have them.

I saw it. Thank you. It says to wait 2-4 more days to see if it gets shipped. I hope you understand that it’s frustrating when you advertise a 4-10 day delivery time, and that turns into 3-4 weeks for domestic. I’ll be sure to update here when this is resolved.

98% of our domestic shipments are delivered in 7-14 days.
This was a very unusual situation with the warehouse and we're very sorry.
I will personally ask my colleagues to compensate in some way.

Still no activation or movement on tracking, no resolution except for wait and see. 14 days now on a domestic order. They Could have fixed this very easily but instead I’m just sitting and waiting for them To fix this though their vast network of “guys that carry 30+ packs a day” To the carrier. Having shipped a few things In my time, I know when something is on its way, or just hasn’t been dropped off. Get it together.

I spoke to my colleague from customer service.
He told me that domestic shipments are considered late 10 days after shipment, which happened on the 15th.
As mentioned on our FAQs, payment and warehouse processing can take a few days, so it's not 14 days.
Everything is well explained in our FAQ section and we stand by our policies.
We've had the very same policies since 2008 and no customer ever lost a dime with us. Please rest assured that your order will be delivered and product quality is guaranteed.

So, I'll leave a few links to our FAQ section here:


It clearly says "Estimated T/A after the dispatch date", not after order is placed. There's a big difference.

Due to the nature of this business and for security purposes, it can take a few days for the warehouse to gather the info needed and ship package. This is normal to every source out there and we rarely get any complaints about this. Anyone who has the habit of ordering products like these online knows.

So, for a US local shipment, all our policies kick in after 10 days. Your shipment is 8 days today.

Steroidify ships hundreds of packages each day. US domestic and international. We deliver every single time.

We're not trying to make a quick buck here, sir.

Yes and I posted your reply above, I’ll continue to update this until it’s resolved. at this point, no movement or activation on the tracking number, no shipment, nothing. obviously, when this is resolved either by a shipment or refund, I’ll update that here. That’s what this board is for, keeping people informed, which is what I intend to do. I’ve been ordering from sources on the board since it was on Reddit years and years ago, I’ve never once had to complain.

It's been 8 days, sir. Our policy is reship/refund after 30 days for domestic and 60 days for international. And we start the investigations after the 10th day for domestic, which is 2 days from now.

All of your 6 posts on this board were here on our thread complaining about a service that has been honest and fair up to now. It's a bit hard to believe that from dozens of orders only this one took more than 8 days to be delivered, but I guess there's very little we can do right now.

For security reasons, I do not have access to any orders or shipment info, so you're welcome to contact our customer service anytime.

It’s been 8 days since I got the notice of shipment and tracking number, and above you noted that this isn’t normal for you, and it’s definitely not ever been my experience before, so am I being unfair to let the community know about it, or are we all just here to help you and not each other?

I’m very sorry for the inconvenience to you, of letting other people know how my experience with you is going, if it isn’t too much trouble, I’ll let them know when it’s cleared up.
