What do y’all think the pros cruise on?
I mean guys like Nick Walker who never stopped making progress after Olympia, and like Ramy who never take a break and then maybe CBum.
How are they staying even semi healthy with the prep and bulk cycles they run and then to cruise on I would think higher cruise dosages also.
