Hey guys!
My show is this Saturday ( in 2 days)
I injected .5cc of test E and .75cc of primo e 100 into my lats on Monday. Products from colonial labs. Their products have worked amazing for me.

Anyways, I guess my lats got inflamed and is slightly swollen. I can see it in my front double bis. What’s the best way to relieve this and help the inflammation to go down?

Itll be gone by the time the show comes up anyways, but if it's knots try heating pads/rubbing, if it's red/swollen ice them for 30min a couple times a day.

Really? When it's inflamed and red and warm you've had a bad experience icing? I'd never give bad advice on here on purpose, I did that in the past and it helped.

The lumping is from the oil not dispersing. It's gonna hurt but you can foam roll it out. One of those powerful massage guns (the one that repeatedly hammers into you, not the vibrating clit wands lol) will bash it out too, or you can have someone with real good hands work it out.

A quick google search will show u ice reduces inflammation more then heat. I'd ice it 20 min at a time, light NSAIDs, and give it a few days u should be gucci.

Yes but you aren’t accounting for the fact that the cold will make the substance dissolve slower…. You want it to dissolve… think of crashed gear… and yes Ice has never helped only made it harder. Heat roll it out…. NSID will draw out the process

Yeah I was always told ice will make it last longer. I first used ice years ago and now when a shot goes bad I keep constant heat on it. You want to increase blood flow not decreases.

Right. The idea behind heat is that it increases blood flow to the part of the body you're heating up which will aid in disbursement of the oil which is what you want. As others have said : heat and roll or massage it out and you'll be totally fine. Dont take an NSAID. @teeraw1234

Could just be a reaction to the carrier oil or solvents used
