Any supps known to do this? many are said to lower bp and i believe they help but cant really lower hr, bp was pretty good today but hr is in the 90s higher end of normal, if im able to be perfectly calm and still it goes into the 80s or even 70s. im doing this using my bp monitor which is an arm cuff not sure how accurate this is. but if anyone knows of anything that may lower hr a bit id love to try it,. thanks.

first if youre on any type of stim you need to say that, clen, t3, yohimbine, etc. caffeine accident etc is super important to all this, are you dowing 9 servings of pre etc

beta blockers are what youre talking about, but i wouldnt run them if you had the above issues going on. high heart rate cause of stems, if you dont like the h.r. get off the stems.

Is this chronic high RHR or are you taking something that would cause it? If you’re taking something like clen or t3 or even a high dose of caffeine then obviously drop that and see if it helps. If you’ve had high RHR for a while then you need to start looking at losing weight and doing daily cardio. Also how are you taking these measurements? You need to be still for a couple of minutes and allow your body to calm down to get an accurate reading of what your resting heart rate is

There are tons of things that can help you lower bp without meds. I've tried many, but a lot dont have a significant effect. Here are some of things I've tried:
  • hibiscus tea
  • red wine
  • cardio (should be doing this anyways)
  • beets
  • cranberries
  • sufficient water and salt
  • l-citruline
  • meditation
What I noticed was that obsessing over it actually raised my bp. So implement some of these things, but don't go overboard and constantly think about it.
