How to mask blood and urine from drug test ?

For a general blood test with places like labcorp, is there a way to mask the usage of gear ? What about urine samples? Do they go into depth like organizations like vada does? Has anyone had any experience with this?
I’m getting a new job soon and they require blood and urine testing and send people to a lab so is the only fool proof way to get off the gear or is there ways to trick the test ?

What type of work? As far as I know only LEO, Military and professional sports test for anabolics and nobody else bothers footing the bill for those tests. If you're not going into any of those you should be fine. LEO/Military don't even always test for it tbh, plenty of guys on shit tons of sauce out there with badges working a beat or humping gear across whatever God-forsaken shithole they got deployed to.
