GF ph balance

So my gfs ph gets thrown off when we have sex.

Family and friends of mine tell me if we shower, im clean, and that if she pees after, which we do. That if she still gets an infection/ph thrown off that it’s just her body not being able to fight off any infection whatsoever.
True?
Or could my steroid use play a role?
Idk if certain compounds play a role but im on test mast and npp

What are the symptoms of “pH gets thrown off”? How do you know her pH is off?

Bacterial Vaginosis is unlikely to be caused by a weakened immune system unless she has other signs of a weakened immune system. Her body wouldn’t selectively just have BV due to a weak immune system. She would have more signs/symptoms.

Your AAS does not play a role.

She said this today

Her;
It’s just really uncomfortable
Like it takes about 4 days to settle in
Then it just feels weird
Then it starts to tingle
I can just tell it’s off. Something isn’t right after the fact.

She’s mentioned before it’ll feel warm, burn and what not.

It can be a lot of things.
If she thinks its pH related, they sell a product called RepHresh that she can use to restore normal pH.
It could be related to you even though you shower before hand. To test it out, wear a condom during sex for a while and see if symptoms resolve. That will eliminate you carrying bacteria and also an allergy to semen.
She may have a high bacterial count. She would need to see her physician for a vaginal culture.

Does she use any AAS?

There may be an underlying problem that she has, and sex just aggravates things and creates noticeable symptoms.

@HeftyLefty One of my exs used to experience a lot of discomfort similar to this and turned out she had a benign ovarian cyst. Only way to find out is for her to see a gynecologist and have them run tests. pH unbalance is accompanied by a gnarly strong fish odor… if there’s no odor then this may be something else.
