Fat Accumulation on Cycle

Running 450:450 test primo and bumping to 650:450 on week 10 (20 weeks in total, could stretch to 24 ish if i avoid plateauing).

I leaned out to about 11-12% and was 174 on day 1, 5 weeks in im at 188. I'm going to assume the majority if not all of this is water. I take arimidex and am not super bloated however i notice that my abdominal section looks very bloated at times. i have very good arm vascularity, definition in chest and shoulders etc. Im also 5 ft 8 so abdominal takes a hit every time i go into a surplus.

is 195-200 a reasonable goal to hit at the end of this cycle and is there a way to avoid this abdominal bloat? Im not looking to cut calories down trying to put on as much mass as possible while staying at or below 15%


Pinning daily, 1mg fin daily, arimidex as needed. Eating around 3500 daily.

Your bloating is likely caused by choosing foods that do not digest well for you. Try playing around with your diet.

Are you currently tracking calories and macros? You should be in enough of a surplus to gain .5lbs a week. This is a rate that is steady enough to prevent gaining too much body fat.

i think im gonna remove some stuff from my diet that could be causing bloat. Clean up a bit but maintain the surplus. I need 3500 to build up to 200 and then should be able to maintain it with 3k. Eating in a 1-1.5 surplus per week currently, kinda jumping the gun a bit also
