What sort of anadrol dose would you recommend a first time user? I was thinking I will pick some up and start cycling it in several weeks before comp and use it occassionally if I hit plateau’s like we discussed. Good to know on the test suspension I’ll have to do more research and pick some up.
I’m doing some thinking on if nandrolone is right for me. I am already a naturally pretty anxious person and all the info I’ve read online has me thinking I’ll have issues. Although I like the thought of NPP. Quick in and Quick Out if I have issues.
Any other compounds outside of nandrolone and tren you’d recommend to add into test cycle for strength/mass with minimal sides? Since you mentioned it, what’s your opinion on test, ment, drol cycle? (Ment in lieu of nand)

Drol I would use 50 mg pre workout I am guessing you are a reasonably big lad currently so start with that and see how it does for you, use it on heavy days like deads or squats and see what you get using it 2-3 times per week adjust as required. Test suspension try 100 an hour or so before your workout and adjust from there. Mental effects of nand can be reduced or mitigated with a dht like mast you also mentioned proviron which is also good and mild on you and bloods. If your going to use ment just use a light base of test to keep replacement going ment is going to crush your HTPA for s long time originally tested as a male birth control drug as well as trt the doses were in mcg's like 250-400 or something like that. I actually was going to give ment a try and have some here but after learning more about it and the possible issues getting the raisins back on line, and my wife mentioning missing having babies in the house numerous times over the past year or so that's sidelined probably for good.
For me if I was in the same situation as you with the same wants it would be.
Test nand with some mast or proviron if I am getting mental issues,( over 200 a week on nand I get a bit dark) drol on heavy training days and a week before a comp daily ( unless you have a weight class to make)
Test suspension in there also especially on comp day with some drol also watch your BP with the above have meds on hand and if you need them use them.
Health supplements liver support for sure when running drol on a daily basis then regular vits and minerals D3 with K2 NAC a good multi etc etc
Eat eat and eat some more fuck the protien shakes solid food is the champ here. Lean protien clean carbs and green veggies are your base minimum 5 times per day 6 is better
you need to work out the numbers based on your current size and strength and then adjust as you grow. You get some cheats in one or two times a week but nothing crazy.
