Plan on running a test and deca cycle

Have run test many many times. Blasts and cruises. 200mg - 1g/week. Never any issues with sides. First time using deca coming up.

Looking to run 500mg/week of test and 300mg/week of deca.

Looking to run this for ~20 weeks as I’m entering a strongman competition prep. Cycle goal is to put on a bit of mass and maximize strength gains

I have ordered caber in case I need it. I have pharmacy grade arimidex too from my trt stash.

Any other recommendations as far as supplements to help with potential sides? Are my dosages good based on your experience? Did you have issues with any sides?

I know everybody talks harm reduction these days but 500 mgs when u have ran a gram of test ain't gonna get you very far. If I was you (which I'm not lol) I'd run a gram of test and 600mgs Decca dude if u want real results.

Try running NPP if this is your first time with nandrolone...... it's in fast and out fast if you have issues with it, plus you can ramp up quickly. You can start at 100 mgs eod and if all is good continue working up or down to whatever is your sweet spot. Do you have a plan in place for breaking through plateaus in the gym and on comp day/days? Nand will give a bit of estro conversion but its prolactin that you need to watch for keeping your estro in range helps a lot so if you have already used ai's and had bloods to check estro you are in a reasonable spot to start.

This sounds good I’ll pick up some NPP. Something about the mental sides of deca has me overthinking things a bit. But I like the idea of the quick half-life of NPP for exactly this reason.

Do not just take Caber lol, crashing your prolactin is bad. If your dick stops working, ideally go pull prolactin bloods, but if you're not going to, you can pop a .25 caber and see if that fixes you. I agree, NPP is the fucking shit.

Drol over d bol as a pre work out superdrol is also an option as is halo you have to find which one gives you the best results. Don't discount test suspension in a proper dose either and I quote " water based test....... breakfast of powerlifters" dose dependent on body weight but more manageable sides if any for you and health markers versus proper doses of the above orals. Tren base in oil is also fuckin crazy for strength but the solvents used to get it to suspend in oil are pretty nasty. Some guys are getting into ment now also for strength and that's another whole different beast again.

Let me put it to you this way for me personally when I want to get past a sticking point or I want to really have an intense high volume session I reach for test suspension . Now days you can find it in micronized powder and if the lab is good and knows what they are doing you will have little to no pip and still have a proper sterile solution.

Its a tool box ya just gotta grab the right ones for you at the right times.

Decided I’m going to move forward with the deca. What’s your guys thoughts of adding proviron 25mg/ED to keep my cawk working? I have pharmacy grade arimidex too in case my E2 gets goofy. Any source suggestions for proviron (us domestic) I was thinking LnL the T/A and no minimum order is enticing. UGL pills freak me out a bit but having a broken dick freaks me out more lol

Drol I would use 50 mg pre workout I am guessing you are a reasonably big lad currently so start with that and see how it does for you, use it on heavy days like deads or squats and see what you get using it 2-3 times per week adjust as required. Test suspension try 100 an hour or so before your workout and adjust from there. Mental effects of nand can be reduced or mitigated with a dht like mast you also mentioned proviron which is also good and mild on you and bloods. If your going to use ment just use a light base of test to keep replacement going ment is going to crush your HTPA for s long time originally tested as a male birth control drug as well as trt the doses were in mcg's like 250-400 or something like that. I actually was going to give ment a try and have some here but after learning more about it and the possible issues getting the raisins back on line, and my wife mentioning missing having babies in the house numerous times over the past year or so that's sidelined probably for good.

For me if I was in the same situation as you with the same wants it would be.

Test nand with some mast or proviron if I am getting mental issues,( over 200 a week on nand I get a bit dark) drol on heavy training days and a week before a comp daily ( unless you have a weight class to make)
Test suspension in there also especially on comp day with some drol also watch your BP with the above have meds on hand and if you need them use them.
Health supplements liver support for sure when running drol on a daily basis then regular vits and minerals D3 with K2 NAC a good multi etc etc

Eat eat and eat some more fuck the protien shakes solid food is the champ here. Lean protien clean carbs and green veggies are your base minimum 5 times per day 6 is better
you need to work out the numbers based on your current size and strength and then adjust as you grow. You get some cheats in one or two times a week but nothing crazy.

Nothing better than being big and strong as fuck

Wow this is an awesome post. I appreciate you taking the time and helping me out on this.

I have proviron on the way. I wanted to check out ment but read about the same issues.

My wife is 7 months pregnant & is already saying she wants to try for baby #2 late next year so I figure put ment on the back burner for now.

For now I’m going to roll with 600mg test, 300mg deca, 50mg ED Proviron.

I’m about 260lbs right now. I want to get into the 275lb Heavy Weight class for my national qualifier in November. I have qualified twice before in previous years but at a smaller weight class (242). If I can qualify before end of this year I’d go to Dallas in June next year to compete in Strongman Nationals.

If you're wanting to really push it over the top for comp day, adding a strong PWO injectable the last two weeks and then on comp day (redose as needed, depending on how long the events drags) of TrNE, TNE, MTren, and Halo. I guarantee that blend will make you the strongest you've ever been, but it's pretty toxic so don't listen to the voices that tell you to run it for more than a couple weeks. You could even through some cheque drops in there if you're feeling extra spicy.

Just something to keep in the back of your head if you feel like you need the next level of edge over your opponents.
