Been listening to Cannibal Grandpa, Vulvodynia and Traitors here for the most part lately. Sometimes I’ll throw in some Insomnium, they’re my favorite band and I generally listen to an album or two of theirs every day and have for like the past fifteen years.

Oh shit, do you like omnium gathererum?
‘Frontiers’ by them is one of my all time favorites.

Yeah I fuck with Omnium Gatherum. That’s off of their album Grey Heavens, yeah? Badass album. I think my favorite album of theirs is New World Shadows.

I love silence working out. No music and the entire gym to myself at 2 a.m. that’s when I get in my best workouts.

Anything that rips my fucking heart out and makes me think of past relationships or times I’ve fucked up. When I’m on tren I gravitate towards 90s misogynistic gangster rap for some reason.

Thy art is murder , white chapel , emmure (at times)
Lorna shore , Chelsea grin , basically anything in that genre

Or
2pac , Dre , ice cube , dmx, biggie , snoop (early snoop),UGK, Kevin Gates , Joyner Lucas
I’m pretty bipolar with my preferences in music

Damn I’ll be making quite the playlist! I really appreciate it guys I was getting a little tired of the same music. I love how there are so many different genres. It really shows how unique everyone is.

Big shiny metal gets me going for the heavy sets
Sabaton - Twilight of the Thunder God, Sparta, Primo Victoria
Metallica - Astronomy
Beast in Black - Blood of a Lion, Heart of Steel

When finishing myo-rep pump sets on shoulders (weak point) I like Bon Jovi’s Dead or Alive , 33 years later and those riffs still gives me hardons

Often times, heavier weight = heavier music for me. I might listen to Johnny Cash or some oldies when I’m grinding through high reps, but for heavy bench triples last night, I had on Slipknot - Psychosocial, Rob Zombie- Dragula, Pantera - Walk, etc. And sometimes silence or a podcast is good to decondition from that intense external stimuli or really immerse myself in the process. Volbeat gets me going, and especially Sabaton. I’m all about those desperate historical battles, pretty inspiring. Their songs Shiroyama, Last Stand, and Talvisota are some of my go-tos.
