I dont mean gear. Maybe this forum is too mature. Some will remember though. THe good (that is a very relevant term) shit. Guys posting vids of awful bitches taking back shots just cause he was jacked… Source challenges for the guy literally posting a vid of a -3 getting it for some free gear. Long and well thought out stories that were very sexual in the beginning turning into just some fat cunt eating chicken wings. The occasional faceless post of a legit 2 year transformation. Am I just not searching hard enough? Are my quarterly log ins too infrequent? Is the TREN just bunnk? really, even sarcastic source comments on not well composed (nice way of saying noob and fucking stupid) questions are few are far between. PS - Thank you to those still sourcing, moderating, and buying gear. Maybe its one of those the band got older and is doing mature and better songs, and I just need to lay off the gear…

You want my honest input as someone that has been a member of SST for a very long time?

When the original SST got shut down, we lost a lot of regular members(kept a lot of good guys too), and due to paranoia of being watched all the personal stories and pics weren’t anyone’s prerogative anymore.

In the last few months we’ve lost a few really good sources, and that really dampens the mood. Understandably.

We all got a good hard kick in the teeth with the old SST being banned, and I guess yeah maybe it did alter some views on how we approach things. It was fun back then, but like most aspects in life, things change.

We’ll always have our old memories of Homebrew Hommie and his dog hairs, or Rage and Spetz showing us just how fucked we could get. Hell Coon and Greg was funny as shit too.

However here we are, and we keep gettin it. Maybe in a different aspect,and not as flashy, but we’re still here and we’re still truckin’

Sparta really touched on the main points.

IMO, the feeling on Reddit was like we were almost untouchable. People took OPSEC precautions, but the fact that we were so openly selling and buying AAS on the clearnet made people act boldly; which mean identifying pictures/vids, stories, and the like were shared.

Now, people are A LOT more sketched out about it. After all the drama that went down with SST getting banned (suddenly) from Reddit, Scorp getting busted, people finding out he was an admin of the last website and freaking out, we have been through a lot.

And this isn’t the first time this question has been asked. Maybe the first time someone has specifically reminisced about watching videos of whales getting plowed on SST, but people have been complaining about the lack of contest since we settled on our own website. JeffG ran some when we first got here, but he was later banned for sourcing without mod approval AFAIK.

I tried the discord. Its like watching a ticker. Comments come in the waves of 100. Having any actual dialog there is hard. Could just be me. I am one of those mobile only for most part users. I dont miss all the old stuff. Just the occasional long trolling post that was actually well written. The sources leaving is scary as eventually the vetting process will be challenged by all new sources other than a select few. Thanks all. I am gonna grab some Caber and go. This test and tren is making my nipples puffy.
