So, I have been on blast—n-cruise for almost a year. I love it. My lifts, strength, body and clothes fit changes as well as mood, libido and confidence all very positive. I can’t and won’t go back.
My challenge? I haven’t told my wife about my self prescribed changes. Recently, she starting asking how my body has gone through such rapid changes. I have been getting such positive feedback from so many others (gym bros, gym bunnies and occasional MILF stares at the grocery store). Should I come clean with the wife?
She is very anti alcohol, drugs and very clean. She is currently struggling however with her emotional well being and I think that may be attributing to her suspicions.
We are past child bearing age…. We are middle aged and I have mentioned she should let her doctor know more about her struggles in case there may be a therapeutic treatment but she is very adamant against it. Maybe if I come clean she might see the positive benefits and accept it. Thanks for reading - please share your positive stories. I don’t need to hear I should have told her before I started. I can’t put that genie back in the bottle.

It's crazy to think about an adult can come into your life and control what you do and when

Are you planning to stop? If not I don't see why telling her would make any difference except to cause a fallout

I’m actually in almost the same boat. My wife doesn’t know I’m doing it right now either. She knows that I used to do it before we met, close to 15 years ago, but doesn’t know I’ve been using steroids for about the past year. We’re done having kids, I’m already snipped so that’s not an issue. I’ve thought the exact same thing as you though, if I tell her maybe she will see the positive side and let it go. But idk bro, I haven’t said anything yet either.

Been w my wife now for 10 years married for 5 & she has known since the first time she asked me. I didn’t want to, but I was honest. She was not thrilled about it, she was reluctant to approve the continuing of it until I showed her my blood work that I had been privately been getting for a few years, along w the blood work done by my PCP. She then realized that how reckless I may of seemed , I was not just being dumb with my body.

She is thankful I was honest with her about it from the beginning, helps me with shots sometimes, picks up my packages when needed, and while natural herself she has never once thrown the use of steroids in my face in any kind of situation or argument we have had… for that I am also very grateful i was honest from the start.

Also just really nice not to have to tiptoe or hide that from your wife. I can’t imagine trying to do it without her knowing or being suspicious & coming up w some other typical female conclusions for all these years.

With women the narrative is "my body my choice", with government "my body my choice unless you don't want the vaxxx". when with men will we get our my body my choice moment?

Kinda went through a similar situation - get on prescribed TRT. People are less apprehensive to it when it’s medically prescribed for good reason.
