So, I have been on blast—n-cruise for almost a year. I love it. My lifts, strength, body and clothes fit changes as well as mood, libido and confidence all very positive. I can’t and won’t go back.
My challenge? I haven’t told my wife about my self prescribed changes. Recently, she starting asking how my body has gone through such rapid changes. I have been getting such positive feedback from so many others (gym bros, gym bunnies and occasional MILF stares at the grocery store). Should I come clean with the wife?
She is very anti alcohol, drugs and very clean. She is currently struggling however with her emotional well being and I think that may be attributing to her suspicions.
We are past child bearing age…. We are middle aged and I have mentioned she should let her doctor know more about her struggles in case there may be a therapeutic treatment but she is very adamant against it. Maybe if I come clean she might see the positive benefits and accept it. Thanks for reading - please share your positive stories. I don’t need to hear I should have told her before I started. I can’t put that genie back in the bottle.
