What ratios of each should I take?

I’m cruising on 200mg of test now. Looking to lean bulk. What’re some good ratios of these compounds?

I was thinking 250test/150deca/150primo

Personally id run a bit higher than that. Actually id ditch the deca entirely. Then run probably 350-500mg each of test and primo. If you want to keep the deca that's fine, I'd double it to 300 and likely keep the others at 300 as well. Primo is quite mild and will also likely lower your e2 so running 1:1 is generally a safe bet and 300 is something that may at least be noticeably effective compared to 150. It's better to run those two deca and primo for 16+weeks. Deca because of the ester and primo because it's so mild.

There are no rules to this game brother. Try a bunch of different ratios out and see what works FOR YOU personally. Everyone will be different so prescriptions for what to do will be highly personal.

Everyone is different. I've read that you either go 2:1 or close to it when using test/Deca to avoid Deca dick. Go with your original idea of 250test/150deca/150primo. See how your body reacts to it for 16-20 weeks.

Deca 150/wk is a waste of time. Better off running tren at low-moderate dose with test.

i am running 450:450 test primo up 15 pounds so far. running for 20-24 weeks, may up the test to 600 when i get a plateau but that would be all i change. keeping it simple.

Brother, be careful with that A5R inhibitors like Finasteride.

There is research that backs up the anecdotal claims in our forums and on Reddit that it will cause ED. For some, regardless of dose, it can even be permanent.
