My gf and I love MT2. We’ve been using it on and off since last summer. I am skin type 2 and have a deep dark tan with it. I maintain a Planet Fitness membership exclusively for tanning, I use the bed for 15min a week (2 sessions) in the summer and about 5 a week in the winter (helps with mood and itchy skin).
It made my beard a lot darker as well as moles. I got a full mole check by a derm before I started using it. I think people start way too high and you should do 50mcg ED or 100 EoD to start (maybe even 50 EoD). Too many people run retarded protocols right off the bat (looking at you guys that do 500/day). You’ll just end up nauseous and be looked at like a freak by people that notice that you went from Irish to Arab in a couple of weeks. Low and slow, the most I’ve done was 200/day leading up to and during a 3 day hike in the desert last August. I didn’t wear sunscreen, didn’t burn, and stayed tan until November despite discontinuing MT2 in early September and not using a tanning bed at all after the hike.
Buy a 10mL vial instead of using the 2mL that XPeptide’s stuff comes in, it’s much easier to measure out small doses when you do 1000mcg/mL instead of 5000/mL. With 10mL water 0.10mL = 100mcg. Right now I do 150mcg EoD and don’t plan on going up unless I do another national park trip.
