What is the difference of Testosterone LC/MS and Testosterone IA

Title has the question. I havent been able to find anything on it. But the recent test I obtained, test lc has a different range than the IA test.

@Rippleridgestna Hey!!! It’s a great question! The difference between both is just the process used to obtain just values! The dominant form of obtains such testosterone values has been IA which stands for Immunoassay and the LC/MS/MS is now widely accepted as it’s more sensitive and it can provide a more accurate range avoid cross-reactivity of “testosterone-like” compounds/molecules!!! Hopefully this will solve your question!

P.S I worked as a Lab technician hence I was able to answer the question. Also I have a Biochemistry degree!
However, like I always told people I’m just pointing you on the right direction always research and find your own conclusions!
