I’m curious to hear what everyone takes supplement wise. I’m always trying to find the best new thing around the corner to add/replace.

This is what I got going on:

Multivitamin
Fish oil
Carditone
Bergamot
Curcumin
Astragulus
Hawthorne
NAC
Probiotic
Creatine

I just started supplementing like a gram of vitamin C , 10,000 iu D3 and I want to start 80mg zinc spread throughout the day (internet says to supplement 1-2mg copper to offset all the zinc). I used to take probiotics but I don’t know if I buy all the hype anymore , atleasst in pill form

For whatever reason I stopped taking creatine. I think it was giving me what I call nerve pops that feel like when someone zaps you with an electric lighter. Always in the back of my neck.

Thinking of start taking ashwagamdha.

I prefer Krill oil over Fish oil for the astaxanthin, better absorption, and lower mercury but it’s a bit more expensive.

NAC 3g, tudca 500mg, 3.6-4.8g lecithin, 3g fish oils, coq10 200mg, chormium picolinate, and some multi vitamin from centrum

Did you take refrigerated ones that are refrigerated through their transportation?

Also take Polquin Fast Brain with Alpha GPC preworkout with something like Redcon big noise. Eliminated caffeine with this combo.

If you are eating properly and doing your cardio (for health purposes, meaning HARD short duration) then you dont need as many. Nutrition and cardio will be used accordingly to counter any possible negative effects of PED’s as well (drink plenty of water on tren, special attention to cholesterol on var, etc…).

@Primobro Correct answer here. May add some Vit D3. Broccoli sprouts for sulphurophane if you want less cancer.
