Okay Im still trying but as far as locating the VG does the muscle feel almost like bone ? or stiff muscle...Im trying to locate the sweet spot ...Ive layed down and and bend leg upward and what Im assuming is my VG feels kinda hard to the push..as im pushing on it almost feels bonish....So im wondering is it suppose to feel squishy ? or kinda hard.?

VG isn't squishy when flexed, but pinning the needle goes thru like butter. The easiest way to find VG is to put your palm on your hip and squat down , the ball like muscle is the VG
