Creating this post now as it’s been 1 official week since order placed and no traction on package shipment.

Order placed 12/09 - items needed listed + name and addresses accurately included + payment sent and recipient confirmed payment received.

Asked for an update 12/14

Asked for an update again this morning 12/16

No response received, no shipping label created, at least according to Informed Delivery.

I understand the history of this source having delays with shipping due to their location during civil unrest but this was roughly around August of this year not anything recent according to some quick research in the region.

Will update review as necessary.

Valiant labs responded to my inquiry 12/17 - pack has been shipped.

No new entries found on Informed Delivery this morning 12/18

Sent another message to Valiant labs regarding my pack as Informed Delivery has yet to track a new package 12/21

Valiant labs responded 2 hours later that they will provide info, but no info has yet been provided after checking another 6 hours later 12/21

Valiant labs responded claiming they will provide the tracking number as the pack definitely shipped out. Didn’t receive tracking info - 12/22

Responded to Valiant labs on Christmas Day giving them a heads up that I haven’t received any data through Informed Delivery - 12/25

Valiant labs responded back saying they’ll check in a bit. No response after that - 12/28

I sent a message today now asking for the tracking information as I will be traveling this weekend - 12/29

Note: Valiant labs has now taken longer than any other source in communication, supplying tracking information, and arrival of pack.

Not to mention that I’ve received packs directly from China in less than 20 days.

Lastly it’s not a USPS issue as I have family in the Midwest, Southeast, and Northeast US and all Christmas presents arrived on time in all destinations within 6 days of shipment.
