Using steroids plus peptides

Anyone use peptide human growth stimulators such as tesamorelin, ghrp-6 or ghrp-2 in addition to steroids? I'm on a steep learning curve for both steroids and peptides. At this point, I am limiting myself to testosterone and Deca. I don't want to introduce to many variables. However, the promise of peptides is incredibly interesting. Without a doubt I would use a GLP1 for fat loss.
I am reading "Peptides made Simple" by Matthew Farrah and he presents a compelling case.

How fat are you?

How many years have you been training?

How have the results been?

How’s your diet? Do you track macros or just wing it?

Like anything, peptides are a tool that work based on your effort. They aren’t magic.

How fat are you? My best guess is I am 20% body fat but I will know more after my Dexa Scan this week.

How many years have you been training? I have been training since April 1st of this year, so about 5 months. I train six days a week - 30 minutes of cardio every morning and an hour+ at noon. I am on a 3 day split, so three days on, rest, then another 3 days.

How have the results been? The results have been fantastic so far. I am super committed, but also really loving both lifting and cardio. Prior to this I had 10 years of surgeries and health set backs. A year ago I was in a dark place and really unhappy with my life and physical health.

How’s your diet? Do you track macros or just wing it? I track everything with myfitnesspal, using their subscription. It does the job. I eat 220 grams of protein a day and only eat complex cards and I limit unhealthy fat. I have not had fast food or any highly processed carbs since starting this program and this has not been difficult because I no longer crave these things.

Congratulations on taking a better direction in life. A lot of us know what it’s like to return to life from a dark place.

There will be plenty of peptide responses from guys here that love those. So I want to give you some overall general advice before the walking science experiments teach you about how wonderful everything is.

Get at least a year of training in. Right now you’re super motivated by the progress that you are seeing. Save the drugs and peptides until the natural progression starts to slow. That way you have tools to move it along.

The drugs and peptides work, but if you play that card early, it’s not like they speed things along really. Learn how to do all of this the same way you are doing. Get the diet and training down naturally and when you add the drugs and peptides you’ll see better response.

This isn’t “gatekeeping” either. It’s what has worked for the majority. I was training for over 5 years consistently before thinking about any of this and then I spent a year on top of that researching steroids. I’m glad I did. I would have wasted more time jumping on the drugs sooner.

You’re doing great. You’re reading, asking questions, and taking control of your health. Keep it up. Watch training videos, read books, learn the best foods that agree with you. Absorb it all. Then when the time comes put it to use.

Thanks BBBG for the great advice. It's the kind of advice I would give anyone at my stage. However, I plan on accelerating things with testosterone and steroids, but I am not going to be stupid. I'm 64 and a bit impatient for results before my 65th birthday next April. Part of what led me down this path was my mom falling and breaking her hip, femur and shoulder. She is only 83, but has let herself go like so many others in the US. So I want to build a strong muscular base for the next 25 years. But I would be lying if that was my only motivation. The reality is I want to look amazing - haha. Not going to lie here, the ego is still going strong.

My blood work is stellar at this point and I am getting it tested every 3 months. I'll be getting it tested tomorrow. On Friday I am getting a DEXA scan (my second) and a heart calcium scan. If there are any issues with calcium build up in my heart I will definitely put the brakes on steroid use. I have also been very transparent with my primary care doctor.

What’s your testosterone levels look like?

At your age, you should be looking at testosterone and HGH only. They’ll give you the most benefits with the least risk.

gh agonist peptides suck, period. For nearly the same price, sometimes even better, you can get actual gh on here.

But BBBG has the right of it. Give it a bit longer to stick with what you're doing now before jumping into more. Usain Bolt said once "I trained for 4 years to run 9 seconds". You're on month 5, and even at your age, you have a long time to go.

I'm taking 200mg of test cypionate per week and at my last test my TESTOSTERONE, FREE, BIOAVAILABLE AND TOTAL was at 902. However, the blood was drawn the day after a 200mg injection. I'm getting blood work done tomorrow and it has been a week since my last injection so I am very interested in the results.

I've seen a lot of podcasts where guys are injecting 500mg a week and splitting up the doses. Clearly this would push me above the recommended level so I don't plan on implementing this anytime soon.

generic tested hgh is so cheap at this point there's literally no reason to run these weird meme peptides anymore besides maybe the appetite stimulation some provide

All good, mate. Ask, listen, and ask more. Don't be an idiot and we won't treat you like one LOL
