Trouble getting into contact with the team about sourcing

Writing on behalf of an established & respected source who has been unable to register an account (possibly due to a previous impersonation attempt by a scammer) and has received no e-mail response from the mods after mailing weeks ago; nor have I been successful in getting a response versus the internal contact form - I’ve read the source section, the wiki and searched thoroughly but I’m not sure what (or where I) went wrong.
