Test levels lowish. Have never done any gear

31 5’9" 195 lbs. Body fat % - fluffy.

Just had some blood work done. Test levels came back at 309, which is normal but on the low side.

Do doctors prescribe TRT at those levels?

Was thinking of getting on some gear for the first time. My only real concern was that it would tank my natural test levels, but they already seem to be almost there. So now my question is should I get on TRT and BnC? Do they test for steroid use before/during TRT treatment? What would a beginner stack look like while on TRT treatment? Thanks

They do test for steroid use before and during your TRT regimen. Honestly, most people I know that have a source either go two routes: Take orals and test, plan for their next test and drop everything a bit beforehand, others just say screw TRT and take steroids how they want and then cruise on test between their blast.

Your cycle should probably be dependent on your goals

I think your just in range there, so in my opinion thats very low

you can find a DR to give you trt at those levels it just may not be your regular family dr it may have to be a specialist

Yes get on TRT

Yes they will test your levels before and every time you come back for a refill. If they find them way out of range they usually will cut you back or not prescribe until your levels are back in range

So is it TRT your looking for or a beginner stack? 2 different things
TRT would be about 150mg a week
a beginner cycle 500 mg test a week
a beginner stack might be 500mg test 300mg deca ew or 500mg eq
This is a general idea of what it would look like

If I were to get on TRT to BnC, what would a typical blast cycle look like. Presumably to avoid being detected in the test at their drs?.

My recommendation because you noted it would be your first cycle would be the beginner cycle or stack I listed. You need to see how your body responds and if you could handle the sides if any at all. start slow dont rush it. You could get some great gains on that alone provided #1 your training is intense and #2 you eat like a bodybuilder. dont miss any meals. If these arent first then all you will see for gains is a bit of water retention you will loose when you TRT again.

If you dont want your bloods to come in too high get your trt 1st, start your blast for however long 10 12 weeks then return to your TRT dose for a minimum of 4 weeks before you go back to the dr. by then your test levels should have dropped back within range, but cant be sure you may need a little longer than 4. You could opt to skip the dr all together and just run bloodwork every couple months to see where your levels are at, and keep track yourself to avoid the hassle with the dr. You can probably get it for cheaper from one of the sources here anyway, unless your insurance will cover all but it usually wont

Makes sense. thanks for your input. Doing it myself seems like a lot better option especially considering the wealth of information this and other internet sources offer. Local TRT clinic wants $3000 a year. I could probably BnC and get bloods for less than that

Legit (and happy) TRT user here. I was able to get a script with a test level just under 400. Anti-aging clinics will be your best bet. Anyone else will say you’re “in range” and prescribe you anti-depressants, etc.

At your age and those levels, I would just do it. BnC is much better than cycling, and time is not on your side re: your natty levels anyway.

They won’t test you for other steroids while you’re on TRT, but I personally go off anything “extra” a couple weeks before my bloodwork to avoid getting crazy lipid or liver results. Last thing I want is them reducing my dose lol.

Caveat: if your doc uses the insensitive estradiol test, it could pick up nandrolones (deca, tren) as excess estradiol. Ask whether it’s the sensitive test or not and request it if it isn’t. Or use tren ace because it will clear long before your bloodwork.

Nandrolone will not show up as estradiol on a blood test, even if the standard (ECLIA) assay is used.

However, nandrolone can potentially show up as falsely elevated testosterone on assays other than the LC-MS/MS version,

Thanks rawdogger. I’m just gonna go BnC on my own for a bit. Do bloods every 2 or 3 months to stay on top of it. To me there’s not much reason to go through a TRT clinic until your bloods show something that’s concering. ObamaCare is too expensive and my short term insurance won’t cover it, so yea

I think it’s worth the headache prevention to seek out a legit script. If you were to ever have a blood test where they checked FSH/LH you have an explanation, and you don’t have to worry about bringing UGL test on a plane or anything.

I got a script at an anti-aging clinic at 400ng/dl at 25yo. They gave me a script before my bloods even came back. I’ve had a few insurances in the 2yrs I’ve been going, their cash price is $150 per visit twice a year when my insurance didn’t cover visits and my script has always been covered. They write me a script for HCG but it’s 1/3 the price to buy from AIPCTShop.

I doubt you’ll get tested for gear, but you have to be cruising and have normal numbers on liver and stuff when it comes time for a checkup. You don’t want to show up and have 100+ liver numbers and 3000ng/dl test.
