Test/E2 ratio

How high do you guys let your e2 get when running a high test cycle, say 500mg/week?

I’m sitting at the upper end of the natty range for e2 (like 34pg/mL) while total test is at about 2500ng/dL and have had multiple people tell me I have “low e2” because they claim supraphysiological test levels require supraphysiological e2 levels to balance out.

Is this standard practice and I’ve just been ignorant to it? I know higher e2 is generally better for gains but I never thought letting e2 jump way out of range would be better for me physically/mentally.

I believe you should let your e2 run as high as possible as long as your not experiencing any major side effects like blood pressure and growing tits. Personally I feel way better with high e2 on blast. mood, sex drive, gains etc.

On blast I Iet my E2 sensitive get to the 50s and I feel great. If I’m in the 20s on blast I feel like shit. On cruise I prefer the high teens, low 20s. If I let my E2 get high on cruise I get emotional as fuck. E2 is the hardest hormone to control on gear, but when you do, it’s such a relief. The ratio is actually very important.

I prefer mine to be in the 60’s, maybe even a little higher, on a blast like that. Everyone is different in that regard, but yea, it’s common for guys to want to maintain a good T:E2 ratio rather than aim for a number that’s within the reference range.

Even on my TRT dose I like to keep my estradiol fairly high. If I ever get down into the 20’s I’m guaranteed to feel like shit and have a complete loss of libido.

I found it hard to manage as well because there has been times I’ve felt like I crashed mine and my arms hurt for no reason… Then other times I start to get overly emotional vs having zombie-like feelings where nothing bothers you, which I prefer. It’s better in the gym that way too. I like feeling happy without any sadness or depressed thoughts. I took more test than I usually do and do feel great but I did feel a bit more emotion than I normally do tonight. Does that mean my E2 might be on the higher side? My joints feel better though.
