Test/Deca Ratio to bulk?

Never tried deca and most test I’ve done was 500mg/wk. Never done orals. I want to try deca but wanted recommendations on how much of each to run. Currently 6’3 225lb and eating 4500-5k calories a day trying not to get too fat while bulking but job is active.

I am currently running 900/400 (test E and Deca respectively).

Good results so far with a Anadrol kick start for the first 4-6 weeks.

I previously never went past 500 on Test and this is my first time with Deca as well - so far so good 3 weeks in.

I’d say try it all over time and see which you feel best on. Maybe for your first run do 1T:1D, next try 2T:1D, following 1T:2D, that kind of thing. Eventually you’ll find one that you feel works best for you, or maybe none at all!

Maybe if you want kickstart with an oral and test prop/NPP combo as well…

I’m curious about the T3? Is that something you always run during blasts? Doesn’t it make it harder to bulk? Whats the purpose of it? How many calories do you need to eat in order for you to be in a surplus being your size and on T3.

My last Bulk I ran 500mg Test/Deca a week for 20 weeks. I also kickstarted with a workout blend of TnE, Dbol, Adrol, and NPP, and also oral Dbol for first four weeks. Had great results, felt great, stronger every day, etc.

Next cycle is going to be something like what ppRep posted, minus the EQ and Proviron.

T3 increases appetite, uptake on nutrients and it burns fat all at the same time ensuring I build solid mass while cutting any bodyfat I can aqcuire. As far as calorie surplus? The holidays are coming up bro… I don’t compete and I do this because I’m a sick individual who tortures himself with heavy weights and enjoys his food. T3/t4 also increases energy levels… something we all lack on a heavy cycle or a bulk …

Watch how this all works… I’ll keep everyone updated.

As far as food goes… I shop at Costco and my bulk diet will be

Everyday

10 whole eggs morning/night
6 egg omelet
1 cup oats
1 cup Cheerios
2 bananas
1 pound chicken breast
1 pound 88-12 lean chop meat
4 glasses whole milk
4 scoops of whey
1 scoop casein at night
4 egg turkey/cheese omelet at night
4 cups of rice
1-2lb of potatoes or 2-3 cups
Broccoli
1 cup of maltodextrin post workout
