Test cycle help

Starting my test e cycle next week (500mg 12 weeks)
Though I feel like I may have made a mistake. I have nolva for when I get ichy nips. Should I run adex instead? Or is nolva enough?

Save The nolva. Get aromison or adex to run during your cycle. Typical dosage 12.5 aromison every 3rd or adex .5 every other. No way to tell unless you get bloods. But save the nolva for your post.

Aromasin and adex are for use DURING cycle to keep estro in check. Nolva is for after cycle.
