where is your proof on that?
im curious because i cant imagine a lost ester like c or e mattering if you pin 1 or 2 a week. thanks!

Source here - the more frequently you pin will increase the stability and lessen the variance of testosterone levels at a given time.
If you would like to visualize it, check out websites such as SteroidPlotter.com in which you can alter the weeks, esters, etc. and see how it effects hormone levels and stability.
Now speaking practically, with a longer ester such a Test C I don't think it is a make or break case. I would still pin twice a week and call it a day.

Google half life of Test E. You should get multiple medical articles stating anything from 4 days to 7 days and so on. Individual response, carrier oil, amount of solvents, location of injection all play a factor according to Dr. Scott Stevenson. He also stated something about those original half life studies were a 1 time injection done on rodents and aren't very helpful, however I haven't looked into this because it's not something of interest.
