I initially emailed for an order on Sunday night. Had a response 1st thing Monday morning upon awakening. We traded a few emails during the day regarding some items and payment was made that same day. Had my pack by Friday. Packaging was impressive, some of the best I’ve seen thus far. Communication was on point. Can’t wait to try out these items. All in all a very positive experience.
