Did you use a used vial to send the Mast ? That would Mayne explain the test e lol… somewhere else I’ve seen something like this in a test

We had something similar just happen. Did you use the same syringe to draw both those samples? That would explain the lower concentration + cross contamination.

That will definitely do that… with such a low amount it makes sense.

Used a new clean 1mL “perfume” glass vial for each sample.

And a new syringe / needle for the draw.

Still even if you dismiss the 7mg/mL as my mistake somehow? It is still 25mg/mL underdosed of Mast E
