You’d basically have to hand LE your gear to get in trouble; they don’t give a shit about personal use quantities of steroids… they barely care about dealer quantities. There’s much bigger fish for them to fry such as Chinese fentanyl. Relax you’re all good.
Haha, more importantly, LE can’t fuckin stage a sting operation Through a single email purchase of gear, matter of fact , after countless hours searching for the laws surrounding LE’s ability’s to do this, I’ve found the following-
- LE cannot perform a sting operation unless their is a known identity, (so person(s) that they have reason to believe is going to commit the crime) and remember this is based off a a full investigation they have done, involving back and forth communication with the suspect, and all other stuff involved, etc etc, so that they are able to conclude YOU are guilty of the acts being committed.
- An exact location and date must be properly established with the suspect so that there is a unit on standby ready to make the arrest.
- Once an investigation has been done and your now the “suspect “, LE will need a warrant for further action- “If police undercover work is to be consistent with other mandates of the law bearing upon rights to privacy and self-incrimination, then certain restrictions should be imposed on undercover investigations. There should be no undercover investigation of any one person by any one agency for more than 24 hours without a court-approved warrant”.
I just got up from a nap so probably explained this shitty, but basically there are no sting operations that are ever conducted, that would involve online ordering of gear. I’ve properly explained this before with cited links directly to our federal legal processes surrounding this, it’s somewhere buried in my posts if anyone is curious lol.
Last thing I will say, and this is directly to the OP, you have received an email with a link to buy drugs. If LE does this, it is considered entrapment-
