Southern compounding

I have been trying to contact southern compounding about my order but have not heard back from them.

My money was picked up over a week ago.I received no further correspondence about it being shipped or anything. Is this normal?

He posted the situation in the Sources section. If you have USPS informed delivery you can see if he made a shipping label for you. It would be unlikely that he would purchase a shipping label if he didn’t plan on mailing you the product. But after the recent AG scam it’s easy to be concerned, I know I am.

As others have said this is what the " Sources General " forum part is for. His post is really fleshed out and nothing makes me or other mods raise our eyebrows quite yet. You take a risk when you order from anyone regardless of how established they may be. SouthernCompounding is taking the correct steps to address and damage control. These guys have real lives just like all of us. Sorry you have to wait longer on your order but give him the time to make things right.

Thanks guys, hopefully I hear something back from him about the order. I don’t have info on a shipping label or anything. How long do you I should wait before I chalk it up as a loss?

I emailed your Tutanota account on friday And today at 11:35. All details are still in the email.

I got an order from him last week. He didn’t send an email saying he sent it out, but it got to me . Trust the process. It’ll get there.

I did not receive any email like that. My money was picked last week.

Could you please email me so I know what’s going on with it? I don’t want a tracking nber I would like the status of the order.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with SoCo in all aspects, communication, product quality, shipping, etc. I’m sure you don’t have anything to seriously worry about (based on my experiences at least).

Just sent an email with the subject as (order), did you receive it? It was sent at 8:33

Look for the USPS informed delivery app in your app store and you can track all your packages and see it go through every stop on the way to your house

I don’t need the app, I just want to know what’s going on with this. Money was picked up 2 weeks ago now. I had some communication a week ago about switching stock and now nothing again when I emailed him.

Im closing this thread. Soco has explained himself over and over and this thread will just pile up with people too lazy or stupid to read. Everything is fine with SoCo and he has ALWAYS had stellar communication with the community. Goddamn.
