I got an email back but I needed to order more to make the order minimum and I changed what I needed just waiting on a response and BTC wallet to send the money to.

Yeah. I was placing a order earlier today. He was out of one thing. So I replaced it with another item and no response since then. I know they said something about being down earlier. So I don't know if it too much volume or what is happening. I'm just waiting though.

Are you guys using proton mail to email from? Or just regular emails

This is my first order - so I just went ahead and made a proton mail. Not sure if maybe using a regular email would get through differently

Put my order in last night to catch the sale. Hopefully i got it in early enough. It was pretty late so waiting to hear back today.

Anyone know if it was midnight (Central Time)? That's what i went off of.

Hey viper big fan of your product and customer service that’s why I never worry about anything when I have ordered even in a delay. I made a payment on the 30th and sent the BTC to wallet provided just waiting to hear on my order being processed confirmed. Thank you I know your busy and have crazy amounts of orders so I appreciate what you bring to the community.
