It's a couple of pages back - I did not seem to get anything from the specific product benefits wise, and Syn and I went over multiple options. One was getting blood test, but that could still provide false positives or false negatives, sending the batch off for testing, which would have cost Syn a fortune, sending replacement product which I was going to stop, or just a refund in general. I felt like the most reasonable thing and cost effective, with least amount of discrepancies would have just been to refund and we both go our merry way, no hard feelings. However, like I mentioned it seems he is not also following through with that so it's escalated a bit.
