    2. The previous rep “Private Source Canada” relinquished his position at SST due to time-related issues rather than a form of demotion from SYN or SST
    3. The previous rep “Private Source Canada” is still in good standing with all of the folks at SYN and is still accessible by anyone who has used that rep in the past. Further to that, if that rep is your current source then I would ask that you continue your business dealings with that rep as we do not compete for clients at SYN.
    4. Any client found trying to move around between reps will have their access to SYN automatically removed.
    I want to reiterate that here at SYN, trying to jump from rep to rep for the best deal is a waste of time, as we align our prices to be the same. If you currently have access to SYN with another online rep, please continue to work with that rep. If a client is found to be shopping around, there is a zero tolerance policy in place for this, so they will be immediately removed as a SYN client.

Hello,

How come you did not mention the fact that you did not purchase off of me? Why did you not mention that you are using a gmail account, and you purchased off of a website?

To anyone concerned, this individual purchased off of a different rep. He used gmail, which most website email providers block. The other rep has been alerted and nobody has been scammed.

Just to clarify the rep in these forums have been nothing but good to me with helping me get to the bottom of this and answering any questions I have with quick responses. I should have been more clear and stated in my previous posts that I was dealing with private source Canada rep not this rep. I do use a Gmail email so this could be the reasons why I can't access there private source site and why I may not be receiving msgs from my rep after my
payment has been accepted. I haven't had any bad experiences with this rep in these forums he's been great to me.

Update the rep I'm dealing with private source Canada got back to me the problem is resolved I jumped to conclusions thinking the worse when the website was down. My order will be sent out monday with my tracking number. It seems that the 100s Of msgs I read praising syn we're all correct they are legit and good to deal with I'm extremely happy I found a legit Source. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Naw no need to update ...........the regulars here know Syn and the rep are good to go and no issues. Your on a completely different wavelength than the rest of us here. Hopefully if a situation like this occurs again in your future you take a deep breath sit back and access the situation then reach out to the party on the other end. Then you sit back and wait for a bit.... In this lifestyle you should be prepared to loose money because it can and does happen to a lot of people either them not doing the proper research or a shady outfit doing an exit scam amongst other scams.
There is already more than enough drama on the BB and gear boards no reason to increase it or add to it.

It would seem your new or inexperienced to all this that will change as you move forward and learn .....you know like getting a secure email address with PTP encryption having a quality VPN
learning about secure instant messaging services etc.

Please be advised that our last shipping day in the month of December will be on Monday, December 19th. We will resume shipping on Wednesday, January 4th.

To be clear, this means shipping will be non-existent for about 2 weeks after December 19th. There are no means of having anything shipping during this time. Please ensure your ducks are in a row prior to this hiatus as there are zero exceptions which can be accommodated.

With the rumors circulating, we will ask all new clients to contact us with a secure email such as Protonmail or Tutanota. All emails from hotmail, gmail, yahoo, outlook etc, will unfortunately have to be ignored.
