Ordered 2/8, package got shipped yesterday, emailed and got told “that’s normal shipping times”, Until buddy looked for the tracking & realized his guys didn’t even ship it.

We have some of the fastest shipping times under normal circumstances. This was an abnormal circumstance in which a mistake was made on a very small order and we added in extra free product to make it right for you.
Dont leave out that payment was made at 3pm eastern time on the 8th. If payments are made that late in the day it is unlikely to ship the same day as the post offices normally close at 4:30 at the latest. Sorry you are upset your small order took a little bit longer than normal but that is why we added in free product even after taking advantage of sale prices. You just got 3 packs of Cialis and 1x primo for $160 shipped and will likely still get your package by Saturday. Great deal.

Why does the order size matter?
You are getting your order tommorow. You ordered and paid at 330pm last Thursday. Not even a full week and you got an extra freebie in it.
from what I was told the standard has always been give them at least 5 business days at minimum before you even message them once you received confirmation everything was G2G. I am far more concerned about the quality of product rather than how fast it gets delivered.

It's the culture of this board. A couple sources came along that ship same day so everyone got used to that and expects everyone to follow that same protocol. Which of course doesn't work for everyone's operation. Anything less than two weeks is fantastic from the way things used to be

That’s called the market. Once upon a time people laughed at the idea of buying things online due to how inconvenient it would be waiting for shipping. Today shopping malls are nearly obsolete.
I’ve been buying AAS online for nearly 20 years now and it’s true that average TA was once 3-4 weeks and that was domestic (if you could even find it domestic). But market dynamics have changed. 3-5 days is standard. I don’t think a one off mistake defines this lab but expecting 3-5 days domestic isn’t exactly specific to this board nor does it make anyone wrong for expecting that.
