Customers that are aware of the market and your practices (just compare your Hilma prices to the official ones, jesus) don’t shop with you to begin with. Having to combine various discounts, promos (although you couldn’t have made that obnoxious new banner any bigger) just to get a price close to the competition is a pain in the ass.

Let’s be clear here, no scam has been made whatsoever. One user has already had their issue remedied to their satisfaction, and as far as I can tell you have not reached out to the source outside the forum like they (and I) requested.

Follow-up with the source like they requested either through their website or [email protected], they’ve claimed multiple times to have only received communications from the previously mentioned satisfied customer.

Let’s also make another thing clear, the only place I’ve personally seen in text written explicitly “REFUND” is the following, where the rep says to contact them and it may be discussed. Further, they went on to clarify after some initial confusion on the store credit. The sources website clearly states their reship and store credit policy, you had access to this information prior to ordering.
