Hilma Biocare Somatropin (Powder) is presented in 10 vials x 3.33mg/10IU and reportedly contains 3.33mg/10IU of somatropine per vial according to the label.
The samples were forwarded and received by the analytical laboratory Lab4Tox on February 26, 2019. Lab4Tox performed HPLC-UV quantitative dosage testing on March 20, 2019. The report was completed on March 26, 2019.

Label claim: Hilma Biocare Somatropin (Powder) has a label claim of 3.33 mg/10IU somatropine.

Actual contents: Hilma Biocare Somatropin (Powder) was determined to have an actual content of 2.97mg/10IU somatropine.

No microbiological contamination was detected.

How is T/A to USA? Are all shipment still moving around on time considering this viral outbreak?

Is there a specific INTL. Warehouse number that is better for U.S. customers? I ordered a few things from warehouse 1 today.

How long is T/A? Last time i ordered it took forever…

INTL #1 is the best for passing. Like 100% since 2017. Intl #2 is pretty good and fast. All other internationals have been a bit problematic as of late, failure to update tracking numbers and major delays.

It’s pretty bad, man… We can’t even promise you a number. I mean, packages are moving slowly, but still pretty chaotic. Sorry if I don’t have better news.

Hello sir.

Tracking numbers are currently poorly updated. Several countries are in lockdown and our warehouses are not working in full capacity.

You can ask customer service thru “contact us” on our site, but tracking normally is sent automatically to your email.

Hey Guys, got a question about warehouses - I presume the international Warehouse 1/2 are not inside Europe. Do you still get your packages through to Europe? So far I always got stuff from your european based warehouse, that never had any issues.

When we say “International”, it means it’s outside EU or US. We have great passing into Europe, but I strongly encourage you to contact our customer service and ask which ones are currently better to your location. Some of the INTL warehouses are currently very slow with the shipping embargoes and probably not your best option if you need products within a certain time frame.

Our guys deal with this daily and will have up to date info.

COVID-19 Shipping Update

Thanks to our multiple warehouses across the world, we are still able to dispatch to all countries, however sudden changes may intervene at any time causing delays, like governmental restrictions, cancelling of airline flights, cargo disinfection or lack of logistic and handling personnel.

Our clever shopping cart system will warn you if a warehouse is currently on the lock down or can have delays. If you have already received a tracking code it means the package is no longer in our possession and same as you, we are at the mercy of couriers, airlines and logistics.

Please be aware as well that tracking statuses like “origin post preparing shipping” are extremely inaccurate and most of the times the package had already arrived in the destination country but has not been scanned yet. Once that happens it will be a matter of days until it gets into your possession.
