I don't know, man. If a vendor that gives zero fucks, why avoid just the international line instead of the vendor? I've had wrong and missing product before but never had a vendor who didn't care.

You can't just leave this shit unrefrigerated for months without degrading it and they are refusing to send us replacements even though tracking shows 1) it's on its way back to them, and 2) it's completely held up, and not just for a week or two. I checked in to ask if they'd fill the order with a new ship at some point and they won't.

"It happens, be more patient" would be one thing without shelf life considerations, but sending us product gone bad due to improper storage would be an order fulfillment problem.
I've addressed this with the vendor himself, he insists that the product would be "fine" even though it would be subjected to shipping heat for over 2 months. I don't even know what to say at this point. I've had good experiences with this vendor back in 2020, now it's a shit show. Just avoid at this point, I'll never do business again with him

I think you are 100% correct in that assumption. Gotta make sure you check the first page of the source page for contact info. I harp on this a lot but it's stupid for sources to have websites.

Just an update I got a response my BTC was short which caused it to cancel all has been taken care of.

You said you’d ship another Wednesday or get it straightened out with the package that is still sitting and not moving as of this email and I’ve emailed 2-3 more times and getting none responses.

I love how everyone is shocked their packs aren't moving when they order from a guy who has domestic seizures every week lmfao.

Ordered first part of November received and been taking my Primo a few days later. Payment went thru and have had consistent dialogue between. Will do business again!

I did end up seeing full resolution on the issues I posted about with this vendor previously, but it took almost 3 weeks.

In short, I don't recommend this source. Mainly from a customer service standpoint. There appear to be many parties involved in the email chain (I notice three distinct speaking and spelling styles within the same email chain) and none of them appear to be terribly up to speed with what the others are doing. "Did you send funds?" "YES. YOU VERIFIED THEM" "Wasnt me, mate. I dont see any funds""Hey did this ship? Its been 2 weeks." "Uhhhh let me check and see if someone else got that out." etc etc etc.

Did end up receiving what I paid for but in the end I still consider this a low tier source. Maybe a 4/10.

Turns out I had PharmaHGH’s email wrong when I reached out. Followed up with him with the correct address and he got back to me quickly. Product was en route and in its way. This guy always delivers!
Can you shoot me that email!

This is my first time buying with PharmaHGH. I’ve heard great things. I ordered 2 bottles Test E 250 and 2 bottles of Mast E 200. The bottles were expired, all 4 bottles, and the customer service email time sucks. It’s been 5 days and I still haven’t gotten an email. I know I know, it’s a gear source but at least send me good gear. I’ve heard ppl say gear doesn’t go bad really and ppl still see good affects off expired gear. Just not very professional.

Hey mate so if you havent received a response then your using the wrong email . we do not monitor pharmagh1@proton . our email is pharmahgh@protonmail . Ive also addresses our label issue . I posted about both a number of times . we answer emails all day long. Our Labels are now fixed . As Ive explained Our IT guy is no longer, Its not as simple as hiring someone to make new labels. The dates are fake as we dont have the ability to change dates codes and lot numbers every batch . People seem to like the dates on there for show so we put them . Our new labels are complete and we are starting to use them . you received the old lables from bottles made 3 weeks ago that were already labled

WTF are you talking about ?? Domestic seizures every week ? we had a domestic seizure as have many sources all the time except we are honest about it and this is what it turns into?

So its not uncommon for an international line to not have reships . As a matter of fact its almost unheard of That a company does reship . We have been at this a long time and have seen quite a bit . We have noticed , . shipping changes year to year. My opinion is it has to do with politics .In 2015 pass rate for international pharma was arouns 85% . 2016-2017 hit and it shot up to 97% . we hardly lost any packages at all .But since 2021 our pass rate has drastically fallen . They have definitely tightened things up but instead of seizing them, They are mostly sending them back . We had no choice but to do what many other companies that sell international pharma products have been doing all along and change our reship policy . I did post about this . I was going to get rid of the line completely because I thought there might be misunderstandings and customers would get upset. I guess I was right . We decided to not offer reships anymore but if a pack gets sent back we would reship it and cover the cost . Is it risky as far as the product getting damaged ? Yes . Right now its not blistering hot so chances are it may be Ok . I cant guarantee it b8ut its the best I can do with the current situation .

Im sorry that happened to you brother . That is a fake site . I posted a few times about them trying to warn people not to use . All our info is on our intro page

your close . There are 2 people answering but there is only one email for this site and thats [email protected] . If your speaking to 2 different people its because your using a email thats not entirely monitored pharmagh1@proton .

Whats up guys . I haven't posted in a while . My apologies . I will be posting and more active now . I have been dealing with some life situations and have backed off from the forum. I wanted to address a couple of the issues on here some that can be completely avoided by just looking on our intro page or by looking back at some past posts . This month I see a lot of the same complaints about the labels, orders getting canceled on the site , no email responses, no tracking and our reship policy . All these things I have spoken about many times in emails and on the forum . I haven't been on to address the negative posts but if you look back you will see mostly positive reviews before this last month or so . We have always worked very hard to bring you the absolute best products and best customer service. Have we had legit issues before ? yes there has been a few but the majority of the these complaints Have been addressed a number of times.
Our labels had an expired date . The dates are for show . The labels are now fixed . If you get one that is expired its one of the old ones from the last few weeks that's already made and labled . We have started to use the new ones with new dates and lot numbers for show

Crypto orders can cancel on the site . we use an eCommerce program that does not require an account . Its discrete which is why we use it Blockchain Tech is not quite as advanced as our regular fiat currency digital system . Btc can cancel if the amount fluctuates before sending or you do not send it high priority and the order times out . Adjust your fee to arrive sooner then later . if it cancels its no problem . we still receive the funds the same as if ,you placed an email order to the BTC address given . simply make note of your order number and email us to let us know . 99% of the time we will update it before we even answer your email. We go in manually check the payment and switch the order to processing . On a side note , please take note if your order still says processing it dosent mean it hasn't shipped . we normally ship in 24hrs except Holidays, weekends or if its an international order.

regarding response times . If you are not getting a response your using the wrong email . plain and simple we monitor [email protected]
that is our main email for this site . we respond the same day . If you have an issue it will not get resolved if your using any other email so please dont leave us bad reviews based on your in ability to look back at posts or go to our intro page where our contact info is posted

Regarding tracking . We do not automatically send tracking . We havent for years now . we used to not any longer . If you would like tracking you can email us and we would be happy to get it for you Or you could simply sign up for informed delivery with USPS and be notified of your packs every movement

Regarding our international line of products . our products are listed on the web store in separate columns marked international pharma ,oils, orals ect
if you place one of the international pharma items in your cart you will be charged for international shipping and it does ship fro Turkey so shipping times are different . To cut down on the traffic with fed ex we ship boxed non cold chain products regular mail . usps 2-3 weeks to arrive . cold chain products such as HGH ships fed ex 3-7 days . WE DO NOT HAVE A RESHIP POLICY ON INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTS ANY LONGER .we will reship if the products get sent back I am sorry about this guys . I hope to bring it back soon of course we reship domestic orders

Regarding OPSEC There are people who like to create drama with nothing better to do but stir shit up . WE are extremely careful and extremely secure , we go to great lengths to make sure we stay that way , which is why we have went on breaks , moved our operation around , changed any patterns completely . The labs you see closing or on vacation are probably the ones taking precaution . I know we are . I love these guys that pop in and try and stir shit . every one of us sources has had orders that were stopped . It happens , some sorting facilities scan packages , plain and simple . We take precaution that nothing can ever come back to us . we use so many different drops I lost count, constantly rotating and moving around. There is no possible way to pin point . Its up to the customer to make sure your secure on your end , that your well informed. This is just simple fact.

Hopefully this helps some of you . I know Ill get some smart ass comment from somone thats never even used us before and hasnt a clue who we are and what we do .

If the dates are for show and fake. Why bother putting them on the vial?

Now everyone knows the dates don’t mean anything.

Seems redundant to use them at this point.

Anything else on the labels that are just for show and fake ?

It's now been 6 weeks since I paid for my gh. It has been out of refrigeration for over 5 weeks now even though it is NOT on its way to me. Pharmahgh is refusing to reship. They have yet to explain why they won't reship. They just stated they have a no reship policy near where they note that their clearance rate has gone down the shitter so the implication is that once they have your money then they don't care if/when your order gets fulfilled.

There are precious few options for pharma gh but it's clear to me this one won't be an option for a regular supply whether I respond better to it than the generic I've been using or not.

I'm surprised this source is allowed to list here at this point. I remember when we could do this on /r/steroidsourcetalk and I didn't realize how much the standards have changed over the years.

This guy just kind of does whatever he wants and just makes a new excuse every time.

Sold expired gear- OH no, the expiration numbers are just for show. Clearly a lie.

Package seized- Well its a case by case basis

I'm also surprised this vendor is allowed to continue to do this and stay on the forum.

No Idea what your talking about . our policies are clear and spelled out . we have been on here serving this community with a stellar reputation for over 9 years. where did you come on and start judging us ? So Because you didn't take time to read our policy befroe you ordered you want to say your suprised were allowed to be here ? I have no idea who you are or what your order is . If you want to email me then maybe I can help you instead of inflating a situation that dosent need to be . read before you order . If you have been around you would know that most companies that deal with international pharma products do not reship . But I may be willing to help you out if you want to email me and inform me of what your talking about
