I wish I could say the same. It’s been 2 days with no response at this point andI can verify seller responds quickly to proton emails, my first orders always arrived pretty quickly with no issue. Just placed another order and I was stuck with processing status, and he confirmed I'm good to go.
Source has shown multiple times to be unprofessional when under pressure and in the wrong. I'd look elsewhere.Ok so now I’m being called an entitled kid for inquiring about an order that has already been late and a track number that was supposed to be received yesterday that was already late being more late.

We had discussed this multiple times I explained the tech error . I assured you your order would ship the following day which it did . I gave you tracking upon request . why not post the whole conversation . The email where you ripped into me for not shipping your package or sedning a tracking number . when in fact your pack had already shipped and we dont automatically send tracking you would have to email us for tracking after your order ships . My question is How much do you expect us sources to put up withbefore we get upset ?? this guy sent me multiple emails badgering abd then rips into us for not shipping when in fact it had already shipped.Ok so now I’m being called an entitled kid for inquiring about an order that has already been late and a track number that was supposed to be received yesterday that was already late being more late.
what you guys dont see is the multiple emails if we dont respond in minutes ,the baggering and ripping into us before the post is made here . We have to put up with some truley wild and rediculous stuff . My question to you is should we put up with that ? At what point is it ok with you that we get upset ? what your not seeing is all my professional responses though email before the guy comes here to post . I have said multiple times we respond to emails , most of the time within minutes or hours. on the weekends its a bit longer but the standard for any compnay is 24 hrs . we ship packs within 24hrs, if we are backed up 48 hrs but thats rare . Our customer service is top notch if you have dealt with us before you woukld know that .We will go way above and beyond for any customer in every situation . There are just some people who cannot be pleased and have no problem ripping into you for absolutly no reason , That part of the job I get it . your always going to have people like that . Yeah this is not true you guys. There were days in between certain emails. He was professional up to when I asked for my shipping number for the 4th time after being told I would receive it the day before. Honestly I’m very envious of all of you guys that have had pleasant experiences with this sponsor. I wish I could say the same. I have talked to and see other messages where this guy goes off on customers. He has an incredibly short fuse. If you have a problem with them just understand if message him trying to confirm and check on your items Hera gonna blow up on you. I’m a business owner and I understand stuff happens. But when I mess up and know I’m in the wrong I don’t go to send customers aggressive unprofessional emails. Stay on top of your stuff when you order from them guys. I ordered on the 15th and the tracking number that I finally was able to receive says usps is still waiting for the package. Idk if that’s a glitch or not but I still don’t have my order.
