You clearly missed the part where I've had zero coms until a day after I emailed them. They themselves say they reply same day. Read the rest of my post instead of cherry picking.

So you ordered on Sunday the 5th and probably wouldn’t even ship till Monday the 6th.
You emailed him asking where your pack is on the 9th. That’s 4 days which is his normal TA.
He emailed you back on the 10th telling you there is a delay…
Idk what the big problem is. He got back to you the next day.
He said something about being sick, who knows dude, he could actually be really sick trying to run his business the best he can.
To be honest I think you’re overreacting about the whole situation. It’s not like he went weeks without replying and he made a post here informing everyone of the delays.
Sometimes you just gotta be patient. I can’t even count how many times I’ve had a package delay from other companies and they don’t even reply to me at all or give an update. Most of these sources are small business with minimal employees, not major corporations. Just gotta keep that it mind.
